Prayer of the Day: Father, I am so thankful that You love me and that You have given me an ability to love others. Let Your love flow through me today in ways that will be a blessing to others.
Dear Heavenly Father,
On this beautiful Saturday, June 8, 2024, I lift up my friend and their family to You in prayer. We thank You for the gift of this day, a time to rest, reflect, and renew our spirits. We are deeply grateful for Your constant love, mercy, and the countless blessings You bestow upon us.
Lord, I ask for Your divine protection over this family. Guard them against all harm and keep them safe within Your loving embrace. Guide their steps today and every day, filling their hearts with Your wisdom, peace, and understanding.
Bless them with good health, joy, and prosperity. Provide for their needs and help them to trust in Your provision. May their home be a sanctuary of love, compassion, and harmony, where Your presence is always felt.
Help them to communicate with love and patience, to support one another through life’s challenges, and to celebrate each other’s successes with joy. Strengthen their bonds and deepen their faith, drawing them ever closer to You and to each other.
Grant them the grace to face any difficulties with courage and to find solace in Your presence. Fill their hearts with hope and joy, and let Your love shine through them in all that they do.
As they spend this day together, may they find rest and rejuvenation, reconnecting with each other and with You. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your unfailing love. We trust in Your perfect plan for their lives and rest in the assurance of Your constant presence.

Holy Spirit, I ask that this Saturday would be a day of rest. Give me peace in my heart and mind. Help to trust you with the situations in my life that I can’t control. Help me to break off worry, and striving. So that I can fully hand over every area of my life to You. In the powerful name of Jesus, Amen and amen!
God, I come before You this Saturday and I ask that You would give me eyes to see and ears to hear what Your Spirit is saying and doing. Draw me close to You so that I may feel Your precious presence and experience Your goodness. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen!
Saturday Morning Prayers
Heavenly Father, I praise and glorify You! I thank You for this Saturday morning. Thank you that today is doing to be blessed. Lord, I thank You that You will guide and teach me. Help my heart and my mind to be transformed into Your likeness. Give me a fresh hunger for Your Word and truth. Cleanse me and make me new in You. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
Father God, Thank You so much for Your goodness and salvation. You are a good God and I am so thankful to have You in my life. You are my treasure! Lord I ask that you would bless this Saturday morning. Help me to keep my eyes on Your son Jesus. Let my heart become steadfast and firm in faith in You O’ Lord. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior…amen and amen!

Prayer request 6-8-24: In our town of approximately 2000, we have a small city police department. Our female Chief of Police is very ill. She’s been in the city hospital, now being transferred to a larger hospital (Lincoln or Omaha, NE). Please pray for recovery. I do not know the particulars of her health, but WE NEED HER AS CHIEF OF POLICE! Thank you!
