Thankful Sunday Blessings
Dear God, thank You for this day. Thank You for giving me another opportunity. Even though it’s been hard, I’m crying out to You for help. You know me. You made me. Do what only You can do and bring peace to my mind. I give You my anxiety. Help me to remember that when I feel overwhelmed by my anxious thoughts, I can trust You to steady my mind and heart on Your promises. I have faith, and I now choose to place it in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Then Christ will make His home in your hearts as you trust in Him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. -Ephesians 3:17
Never stop praying over your children. Even if they’re grown. They may be going through things that you don’t know about, and your prayers are keeping them covered.
In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Dear God, as I begin this beautiful morning, I place my life and the lives of my loved ones in Your hands. Thank You for all the good You work within me and for the happiness I get to experience with those I love. Through this prayer, Lord, I entrust You with the deepest desires of my heart.
Holy Spirit, I ask You to guide me this morning, so that with Your light, I may overcome the darkness of ignorance and sin. I seek to free myself from everything that binds me and prevents me from living fully in Your love. Let me be a channel of Your love so that everything I do is motivated by that pure, selfless love that only comes from You. You are the strength that sustains me and gives me life, and knowing this fills me with the courage to keep fighting.
Throughout this new day You have blessed me with, Lord, help me to value each person for who they are. Teach me not to force anyone to be different because we are all made in Your image and likeness. I trust in You, Lord, every moment of the day, knowing that if I do Your will, I will find true happiness.
Thank You for the peace I feel when I sense Your presence in my life. No matter what I face, I know I can be happy because You are with me. Today, I have many plans and projects, and I place them all in Your hands. Shape them as You see fit, for I trust in You and accept Your divine will. Allow me to see what is truly good for me and my spirit.
Please don’t let my problems overwhelm me, and grant me the serenity to act wisely, without falling into despair. I want to be free, Lord, because You give me the light to see the path I must take. Give me the courage to remain steadfast in my faith and to always act according to Your will.
Merciful God, forgive me if I haven’t been strong enough to carry my daily cross. Give me the strength to overcome the challenges in my life so that I don’t falter but continue moving forward with confidence and hope. Uplift my heart and strengthen me as I step into this day in Your name, knowing that You are with me in every step I take.
Today, I want to feel the joy of Your presence flowing through me, encouraging me to rise with energy and give my best in every battle I face. Let Your presence accompany me in every moment of the day, and may I feel Your love in every decision I make and every action I take.
My God, I ask You to stay by my side throughout this day, for only in Your Word do I find life, and in Your will, I find abundance. Amen.
I will offer a prayer before each meal today, asking for the well-being of others, that no one goes without food at their table.
Blessed are You, O Prince, since the day of Your birth, among holy splendors. I Myself begot You, like the dew before the dawn. (Psalm 110)
