The Bethlehem Mysteries | Jonathan Cahn Special

How Can We Pray For You? Have you signed up yet?

Shalom, everyone! My name is Jonathan KH, and I want to share something special with you. My prayer is that it blesses you deeply, especially during this season. Together, we’ll delve into the mysteries of Bethlehem—a journey that can also bless others in your life. If you know someone who could benefit, feel free to share this message with them.

I’m speaking to you today from my office in New Jersey, affectionately known as the Garden State—though lately, some might call it the “Drone State.” Why? Drones have been spotted across the area, from our roads to sensitive locations like Bedminster (where President Trump has a golf course) and military arsenals. My wife and I have even seen them near our home and over our car, with as many as 15 appearing at once! While the federal government assures us there’s nothing to worry about (despite admitting they don’t know what these drones are), let’s remain prayerful and focused.

Now, let’s shift our attention to something more meaningful—this season and its true significance.

For Those Who Wrestle with Christmas

If you struggle with celebrating Christmas due to its historical or cultural associations, know this: you are free to abstain. We love and respect you, and you are not obligated to observe it. However, for those who do celebrate, let’s use this time to focus on the Messiah—His birth, His coming into the world, and His impact on our lives.

Paul reminds us in Scripture that one person esteems one day above another, while another esteems every day alike. Let each be fully convinced in their own mind and honor the Lord in their decisions (Romans 14:5-6). So, whether you observe Christmas or not, let it all be for the glory of God.

A Time to Share the Gospel

This season provides a unique opportunity to share the good news of salvation. Many people who wouldn’t normally attend a service may be open to hearing about the Lord now. Let’s seize this moment to focus on Him and share the gospel, avoiding distractions that have little to do with His glory.

While I don’t personally believe Jesus was born on December 25th—I have studied and shared evidence suggesting another time of year—it doesn’t matter. We can worship Him and celebrate His birth, death, and resurrection any day of the year, whether it’s a Sunday morning or 3 a.m. on a Wednesday. Every moment is the right moment to glorify God.

The Bethlehem Mysteries

Now, let’s turn our attention to the mysteries of Bethlehem. These reflections are meant to help us focus on the true meaning of this season: the Messiah’s birth and the hope He brings. If you know someone who doesn’t yet know the Lord, this could be a wonderful opportunity to bless them with the message of salvation.

As we begin this journey together, I’ll also share insights into the Hebrew language to uncover deeper meanings behind the story of Bethlehem. Let’s open our hearts and minds to what God wants to reveal.

Stay tuned for the first mystery as we dive deeper into the significance of this sacred event. May this message inspire you to draw closer to the Lord and share His love with those around you.

Blessings to all of you! Let’s keep our hearts fixed on Him during this season and beyond.
