Dear Lord,
Today…….I am asking all my prayer warriors to say a prayer that may help others. So many people are hurting right now. Many are struggling with finances and need jobs. Some are facing foreclosure and don’t even know how they are going to make it from week to week..

Many are lonely. . Many are heartbroken. . Many are facing sickness and health is fading. . Some are dealing with difficult family members. Many have lost HOPE.. Tonight, let us put our prayers and faith together decree and declare breakthrough over our families. Financial miracles WILL take place. Jobs WILL be found. Our Bodies WILL be made whole & sickness WILL flee. Marriages and relationships WILL be restored. Family members WILL find Jesus. Heartbreaks WILL be healed. JOY WILL be restored and HOPE WILL be found. In Jesus Name. Amen!!!!!! Keep God First…….

Parenthetical uh phrase here, a little, a little opportunity to just encourage any of you who are in ministry.
And by the way, just in case you’re confused, that would be everybody that if you name the name of Jesus Christ, you’re in ministry, you’re in ministry, while you’re on the Zoom call, you’re in ministry while you’re sitting at the boardroom table, you’re in ministry while you’re teaching the second grade class, you’re in ministry while you’re in the courtroom, you’re in ministry while you’re in the doctor’s office, you’re in ministry, while you’re behind the computer, you’re a ministry while you’re writing, while you’re composing, while you’re being an activist in social justice, whatever you’re doing, you’re doing it for the glory of God.
You and I are in kingdom assignments on kingdom assignments and the moments for ministry when we look at jesus’ example, they were discovered in the movement he needed only to be passing by for his power and presence to be on display.
And sometimes we are waiting until we arrive at our, the, our theoretical Jerusalem.
We have this idealized picture in our mind of what ministry is supposed to look like.
And until we get there, we feel like we are useless for the purposes of God until we quit the corporate job and actually can stand on a platform under a spotlight with a microphone in our hands.
We don’t think we’re in ministry, but there are the most impactful ministry is done while we’re on our way.
It’s in the 8 to 5 on Monday and the 8 to 5 on Tuesday and the midnight hours on Wednesday, it’s when we’re at the grocery store on Thursday and the line at Starbucks or Chick Fil A on Friday.
It’s when we are going about the regular rhythms of our day while we’re on our way.
Ministry is happening here and it’s happening here and it’s happening here in every single encounter that we have.
That is the model that we see in Jesus’s ministry and maybe you’ve been waiting until you arrive there.
Where is there? What are you waiting on to do?
What God has called you to do?
What he’s putting your heart to do the Bible study that he’s asked you to start sis what are you waiting on the teenagers that come visit your house all the time and they’re all always at the house eating up all your food.
They’re your people right there. Is there some achievement or triumph or accolade or accomplishment that you’re waiting on before you feel like God can use you?
But Jesus’s example teaches us that ministry is in the movement, the opportunity to serve the purposes of God can happen while you’re still in the middle, while you’re still moving, while you’re still journeying, while you’re still growing, you’re still maturing.
Don’t wait until you get there.
Wherever there may be, the time is right now to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
