Prayer of the Day:

Father, free me from the performance treadmill, once and for all. Help me find my worth and value in You and You alone and help me to break free from the cycle of trying and failing. My confidence is in You, Lord, amen.

In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

My Lord, I thank you for allowing me to open my eyes to behold your wonders on this new day. Only you are worthy of countless blessings, for you are great and mighty, and your name is holy. I am grateful for being able to see your eternal gaze in the people who love me. Thank you for allowing me to feel your grace in the warm rays of sunshine that caress me. I am thankful for all that you have given me, for all that has been made possible, and even for what has not. Today, I awaken under your blessing, able to share moments with the people who matter to me.

I want to cherish my life, knowing that all the blessings I receive are part of your plan of salvation. I offer you my heart so that you may dwell in it and guide me through your Holy Spirit. I hope this day is filled with good experiences, that I don’t forget the reasons I have to live, and that I don’t lose heart. May everything I do be worthwhile. Let me not be swayed by the temptations of the world or driven by the whims of my weaknesses. Let only your grace be my guide, and your light my salvation. May all my actions today be dedicated to you, may you take all my deeds as thousands of praises directed towards you.

Thank you for making me feel your love in my heart, your forgiveness that cleanses my soul, and above all, for the blessing that accompanies my journey. Make us have generous hearts, always ready to help, and may we always be a part of your salvation. Give my heart the strength to remain faithful to you, to glorify you, because you bring peace in all circumstances.

Thank you for holding my hand and not letting me fall into the temptations of the world. Thank you for showing me your love every day. I want you to dwell in me today with all your graces and govern my heart with a design of love. I want to be transparent and have a clean heart so that you may pour your love into it, and so I can love with the same patience with which you love us. With my actions, I want to bring love to all those who have not yet felt it in their lives. By my testimony, I want many to discover that it is worth following your path, following in your footsteps. Allow me to be a source of purity for all, with the fervor of your grace. I ask you to give me the strength to overcome the temptations that the evil one may bring to me later in your gospel. I want to be firm in my decisions, let nothing shake the virtue of the faithfulness that you have granted me, for you alone are the Lord of my life. I open my heart to you and present to you all my needs, thank you for listening to me and acting in my heart.

Make me strong so that you may nourish my desires to overcome obstacles because today I discovered that my advantage lies in trusting in you. I give myself to you this morning to be ready to continue fighting in your name. Allow me to walk by your side on this new day, my Lord, for I am confident that I will overcome adversities. Amen.

Before starting my day, I will take a moment of silence to contemplate the wonders of creation and thus appreciate the beautiful gift of life.

Offer to God a sacrifice of praise, fulfill your vows to the Most High, and call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me. Psalm forty-nine. May the Lord bless us on this day. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
