Prayer of the Day: Monday March 18, 2024 💌🙏

How Can We Pray For You? Have you signed up yet?

Prayer of the Day:

“Father, thank You for Your promise that as I honor You and keep You first place, blessings are headed my way, tracking me down and overtaking me. Thank You that You have blessings in abundance. I believe that I will be overwhelmed by Your goodness. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Father, no matter what goes on around me today, I thank You that I can rejoice and be glad. Thank You that my joy is not found in my circumstances—my joy is found in You.

Lord, I pray that starting this Monday that you would give me a deep passion for Your Word. Help me to learn and eat from it. That I may become like a tree planted by streams of water and that I may bear good fruit. Use me for Your glory and be a blessing to those around me. In the name of Jesus, amen.

Many serious things are going on in this world, and we need to be aware of them and prepared for them. But at the same time, because of the Spirit of God in our lives, we can learn to relax and take things as they come without getting nervous and upset about them. Thankfully, with God’s help, we can learn how to enjoy the good life He has provided for us through the death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ. Twice in Philippians 4:4–7, the apostle Paul tells us to rejoice. He urges us not to fret or have any anxiety about anything but to pray and give thanks to God in everything—not after every difficulty is over.

In spite of all the troubling things going on around us in the world, our daily confession can be, “This is the day the Lord has made; I will rejoice and be glad in it.”

Lord, I ask that You would protect me this Morning. I ask for the full armor of God to be placed on me. That every attack of the enemy would fail and that I would remain steadfast in the faith. Lord give me the wisdom to navigate everything that comes my way this Monday. And help me to be kind and good like you are. I ask for divine appointments and your guidance in all my tasks. In the name of Jesus, amen.

Heavenly Father,

As we begin this new week, we come before you with hearts full of gratitude for the blessings you’ve bestowed upon us. Grant us the wisdom and strength to navigate the challenges ahead, knowing that you are always by our side.

Help us to approach each day with kindness, compassion, and a willingness to serve others. May we be beacons of your love and light in a world that often feels dark and uncertain.

Guide our actions, Lord, and lead us on the path of righteousness. Fill us with courage to face whatever obstacles may come our way, knowing that with you, all things are possible.

We lift up to you our hopes, dreams, and aspirations, trusting in your perfect plan for our lives. May your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

In your holy name we pray,

Amen.
