How to Become a Co-Laborer with the Lord
There’s a powerful truth we often overlook: many of God’s greatest blessings come after the moment you were about to give up. So don’t quit. Fight for your faith. Fight for what is good. Fight for your purpose. Fight for the calling God has placed on your life. Keep going, because perseverance is the path to blessing.
Think about how people sacrifice so much for things that don’t last—earthly rewards that can’t satisfy. The apostle Paul spoke about Olympic athletes training tirelessly to win a wreath that quickly fades. But as believers, we are running for an eternal crown. That’s why Paul tells us: run your race to win. Train your spirit. Pursue what truly matters—because what God offers is far greater than anything this world can give.
Most believers never fully step into the destiny God has for them. Why? Because they don’t press on. But the ones who do—those who treasure God’s Word, who believe and obey it—they’re the ones who walk in the joy of the Lord. They believe not in their own words, but in what God has spoken. If God says it, they believe it. If God commands it, they obey it—knowing He will honor His promises.
Open the Word of God every day as if you’re opening a treasure chest. Even one word from Him can change your life if you truly embrace it. Treasure your salvation. Treasure the love of God. Treasure the gift of the Holy Spirit. These aren’t just ideas—they are living treasures meant to be experienced daily.
Let’s bring it all together:
1. Jesus (Yeshua) Is Salvation
The name Yeshua means salvation. Jesus is not only from Heaven—He is Heaven come to earth. His presence, His Word, His Spirit—they are Heaven touching every part of your life. Your walk with God should bring the reality of Heaven into your daily existence.
2. Salvation Is All God—But Flows Through You
Salvation is a gift that comes entirely from God. You can’t earn it. But it must flow through every part of you—your heart, mind, soul, and strength. That’s where transformation happens.
3. Faith and Works Go Together
Faith and works aren’t in conflict—they are one. True faith acts. Like in the Book of Acts, nothing began until the Spirit came. Once He came, the believers moved. So let your faith move you.
4. It’s Not Just God Working—It’s God Working Through You
Some believers wait passively, saying, “If God wants it, He’ll do it.” Others act like it’s all on their shoulders. Both miss the truth. Salvation is God working through you. He calls, empowers, and equips—but you must respond.
5. Don’t Try to Do God’s Work Alone—Become God’s Work
Stop striving to do everything for God. Instead, surrender and let God make you His work. Learn to become the vessel through which He flows.
6. Let the Spirit Move You—And Actually Move
It’s not enough to say “I was moved by the Spirit.” If the Spirit is truly moving you, then change. Go where He leads. Speak in the Spirit. Walk in the Spirit. Let your life reflect His constant flow.
7. Treasure the Treasure
Everything from God is a treasure—His joy, His love, His Word, His Spirit. Those who treasure His blessings will live in His blessings. Treasure what He gives, and you will live in His power.
