Believing for a Healthy Future

I ask this church to stand with me for 35 more healthy, strong, and purpose-driven years, with a clear mind and strong body.

Should we accept things as they are? No. Just like in 1 Timothy 6:12, we’re called to “fight the good fight of faith.” This doesn’t mean we strive without hope, but that we confidently lay hold of eternal life.

Fighting the good fight of faith means holding firmly to God’s promises. Eternal life is not just about a future hope but a present reality rooted in Jesus. John 5:24 reminds us that those who believe in Him have passed from death to life. By embracing God’s Word and our faith in Jesus, we are equipped to overcome.

So, in times of difficulty, grab hold of God’s truth and promises. Stand firm in your faith, and you will find victory. There’s no winning without holding onto something greater than yourself—God’s Word, your faith in Jesus. Though a new generation may question the importance of reading the Bible, know that it is the foundation of understanding God’s heart and His plans for us.

Embrace His Word, trust in His promises, and together let’s walk in victory.
