Despite this, we strive to present a united front and hold onto control when we should be surrendering to God and letting Him lead.

Sis, let go of that false comfort and throw away the anxiety, fear, and frustration! We must trust God over our feelings. To let His power move, we need to let Him take the lead. You said that you were forced into a position that you didn’t think you were ready for, but that you had to trust that if god puts you in that position, that you must be ready for.
What I heard you say is that sometimes we may not feel powerful But we have to trust god’s power over our feelings.
Better. Yes. Because I was feeling anxiety.
I was literally having anxiety attacks every time, like, right before I was about to go on stage, if you look at early videos and there’s one, like, oh my god.
It’s circulated. I don’t know where this came from or who found the tape.
But it was like my first performance.
And I was at on this little yellow shirt, and I you could literally see me shaking. Yeah.
I was like, I don’t belong here. I don’t belong here. I don’t belong here.
And I’d I’d there was a there’s a note in torn that people want me to do all the time at the end of the song.
It comes right after the bridge. That gives me so much anxiety.
And I just remember feeling like I’m not good enough to be here.
Godwide, like, almost angry Like, why did you I’ve already been through enough. Right?

I’m just feeling like I’m getting my voice back.
You’re gonna give me the opportunity to now put out an album on my own, and then I have to go around and do the 106 in parks and do the live performances and make people think that I’m ready for this and I ain’t, you know, and you’re right.
It’s it’s almost going back to proverbs 3, like trusting the lord with all thine. You know what I mean?
Like, that’s I learned to trust god more than anything. Beyond my understanding.
