Satan’s Plot to Destroy Israel from the Beginning to the End Times | Jonathan Cahn & Gary Hamrick
For thousands of years, the devil has tried to destroy this small, defenseless people. He used some of the most powerful forces in history—Pharaohs, the Assyrians, the Romans, the Babylonians, Hitler, and the Soviet Union. Yet, all these powers are gone—Pharaohs, Assyria, Babylon, Rome, Hitler, and the Soviet Union. But the nation of Israel still stands because the God of Israel lives. The Messiah of Israel lives—Jesus lives. If you follow Him, you will live, you will survive, and you will prevail in His name.
It’s a privilege to welcome Jonathan Cahn back today. He’s been with us before—at least twice, maybe three times. I first became familiar with Jonathan through his books. Back in 2020, he listened to a sermon I preached about the election, and he reached out to me. He sent a simple email signed “Jonathan Cahn” with no mention of being a best-selling author or Rabbi. I had to reply asking, “Is this the Jonathan Cahn who wrote The Harbinger?” And yes, it was the same one. From there, a friendship blossomed, and I’m honored to have him with us today. Jonathan pastors Beth Israel in New Jersey, in the suburbs of New York City. As a Jewish believer and rabbi, he also leads a church, balancing his ministry with writing books and traveling to speak. He also runs a ministry called Hope of the World (hopeoftheworld.org). Many of you may have explored his website, so check it out for more information. His latest book is The Dragon’s Prophecy: Israel, the Dark Resurrection, and the End of Days, and I’m proud to call him a friend. Please join me in welcoming Rabbi Jonathan Cahn!
Tonight, we’ll have a conversation, and eventually, we’ll dive into First Kings, but before we begin, Jonathan, it’s so great to have you back with us. I’m thrilled that you could join us. Thanks for being here.
It’s always a blessing to be here. This is a wonderful church and a wonderful place. This morning, as I mentioned, you joined me at the prayer gathering. What were your impressions of that?
I was deeply moved. This is what it’s all about—repentance. Without that, there’s nothing. There was such a great spirit among the leaders and the people from all the nations. I was truly blessed by what’s happening here in Washington, especially just two weeks after the new administration took office. It’s incredibly important, and we’ve got a lot to discuss about that.
Jonathan shared a powerful word this morning, and I told him he had to share it again tonight. We’ll close the evening with that message. It was a very strong word from the Lord, not just for today, but for what’s ahead. But before that, let’s begin with a word of prayer, and I’ll ask Jonathan about his book and ministry.
One of the things I admire about Jonathan Cahn is his ability to connect the dots between Scripture and current events—or events that have already taken place—drawing conclusions based on those connections. He has a prophetic gift. Some might think prophecy means predicting the future, but Jonathan’s gift is in seeing parallels that reveal important truths. I’ve fact-checked some of the things he’s uncovered, like the Pentagon being built on 9/11 or New York City being founded on that same date. These are fascinating details, and Jonathan has a unique ability to uncover these connections.
Let’s pray, and then we’ll dive into this conversation, reading from Revelation 12. Father, thank You for this evening. We’re grateful for this time together. May You be glorified in all that happens tonight. We thank You for Jonathan and his ministry, and we pray for all those here and watching online. We commit this service to You and ask for wisdom and discernment in these times. We don’t know…
