What happened in Minnesota—when a shooter opened fire on children gathered in prayer—bears all the marks of something more than human darkness. Was there a demonic entity driving his actions? Alongside the image, he wrote cryptic words in Cyrillic script: Who am I? When will this end? Help me. The final command was chilling: Kill yourself. That is the voice of the destroyer, the same demonic force Scripture calls the shadim—spirits of destruction.

This is not an isolated case. The Bible speaks of ancient spirits returning when a nation turns from God. The shooter’s obsession with children echoes the pagan god Molech, who demanded child sacrifice. His altered identity mirrors the spirit of Ishtar, the goddess who sought to erase the distinction of male and female. This same pattern was seen in Nashville, where another shooter attacked a Christian school, also targeting children, also altered in gender identity, also consumed by destruction.
