Thankful Wednesday Blessings
Dear God, thank You for this day. Thank You for breathing life into me. Thank You for being my constant source of peace and strength. Thank You for never leaving my side, even when my heart is heavy. When worries overwhelm me, remind me that You are near and that I can always find rest in You. Help me release my fears and trust in Your presence. Calm my thoughts and give me Your peace. I know that with You, I can face whatever comes my way. I surrender my anxieties to You, trusting that You are always with me through it all. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage. It is I. Don’t be afraid.” -Matthew 14:27
Father God, with Your help, I cast my cares on You. Help me replace worry with faith, and trust in Your promises. Help me to expect only good things to happen in my life, amen.
In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Lord, I worship You as I begin this day because You are worthy of my praise. I surrender to You, knowing that without You, I am nothing and can do nothing. I recognize that this day is a precious gift and an invitation to take actions and make decisions that honor Your Word and fulfill Your will.
How great You are, Lord, for allowing me to experience a new dawn and giving me the opportunity to continue my journey toward You. Today, I want to start the day by acknowledging Your presence in my life, Your love that sustains and guides me. This morning, I feel Your precious anointing pouring abundantly over me, freeing me from all my fears and anxieties. Strengthen my will, Lord, so that I can resist the temptations that draw me away from Your love.
Make me strong in faith, courageous in adversity, and filled with hope in Your promise of eternal life. Thank You, my God, for keeping my hope alive despite the daily challenges I face. Even when circumstances are unfavorable, You help and support me so I can continue to fight. Blessed be Your name for revealing Yourself with love and for making Your will available for me to understand and embrace from my heart.
Today, I commit to letting go of anything that disturbs my path, anything that distances me from You and prevents me from living in Your grace. I place my heart in Your hands, Lord; fill it with Your love, peace, and serenity. I want to be with You always, living in Your presence and under Your protection.
Strengthen my spirit, Lord, and bless me with the grace of Your Holy Spirit so that I can be fully faithful to You and resist the weaknesses of my soul. I want to be Your faithful instrument so that through me, You can do good. I need Your help to live patiently through life’s challenges, avoiding hatred and negative feelings. Cleanse my heart so that my actions reflect the faith I have in You. Inspire me to love You with determination and dedication.
Thank You for all that You have given me and for all that You will provide today. Here I am this morning, ready to move forward, growing and giving my best in every situation I face. Good Father, do not let me falter on the path of following You, for only in You do I find true happiness and salvation. Blessed Lord, I entrust to You the tasks I will undertake today; let them reflect that I am doing Your will. Amen.
I will seek forgiveness from God for my shortcomings and strive to amend them with acts of humility and selflessness toward those in need.
Lord of hosts, hear my supplication; listen to me, God of Jacob. Look upon us, O God, and behold the face of Your anointed one. (Psalm 83)
May the Lord bless us today in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
