Heavenly Father,

Thank You for giving me another beautiful morning.

And thank You for the blessings I can see, as well as the countless blessings I may not always recognize.

With faith.

And with renewed trust in You.

Begin This Day With a Peaceful Heart

Father, settle my heart this morning.

There may be responsibilities waiting for my attention.

Decisions I need to make.

Problems I need to solve.

And situations I cannot fully predict.

But before I begin thinking about everything that needs to be done, help me remember that You are with me.

Quiet the unnecessary noise in my thoughts.

Help me focus on what truly matters.

And give me the peace to approach this day one step at a time.

I do not need to solve every problem before the morning is over.

Lord, Guide Me Throughout This Day

Father, Your Word says in Psalm 32:8:

“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.”

You do not leave Your children without direction.

You invite us to learn from You.

To seek Your wisdom.

To listen to Your instruction.

And to trust Your loving care.

Father, help me receive Your guidance with humility.

Sometimes I want immediate answers.

Lord, show me the path I should follow today.

Heavenly Father, give me strength for whatever challenges I may face today.

When I receive criticism, give me humility to consider what may be true.

I do not know every burden another person is carrying.

Lord, I lift my family, friends, and everyone I love into Your care today.
