Day 170 of 365! God’s Messages
Day 170 of 365!
God is saying to you today:
“Do not be discouraged by setbacks; I am using them to shape you into who I want you to be. Be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry. The world may change, but My word remains constant; find strength in its truth.”
God is saying to you today:
“You are fearfully and wonderfully made; embrace the uniqueness with which I have created you. In your times of doubt, remember that nothing is impossible for Me. Let go of the past; I am doing a new thing in your life.”
Beautiful Daily Prayers | Make Time For God Every Day
The love of God is divine, true and everlasting.
The Bible even goes as far as stating that God is love.
In fact, so great is the love of God that John three verse 16 says for God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
The love of our almighty God, Jehovah is characterized by grace, forgiveness and mercy.
His divine love is eternal and unconditional.
It’s not a love that requires you to work for it because Jesus Christ did all the work on the cross.
It’s not a love that you need to earn. Because what Jesus did on the cross was enough.
Now I say this so that you may recognize the depth and magnitude of God’s love over your life.
It’s a love that always protects you a love that will provide for you a love that forgives you.
So I encourage you to praise the Lord for his consistency, praise Him for his steadfast love.
So deep is the love of the Lord that even when we are incapable of living consistently in a manner that is pleasing to Him.
He is still loving Romans five verse eight says, but God demonstrates his own love for us in this while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Think of that while we were sinners, Christ died for us.
While you and I rejected Him, he loved us while you and I turned our backs on the Lord, he loved us.
In fact, the Bible says in John chapter 15 verse 11 to 13, I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.
My command. Is this love each other as I have loved you.
Greater love has no one than this to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
And so dear listener, you may have been abandoned by someone who you thought loved you.
But let me tell you that Jesus Christ will never abandon you.
You may have been portrayed by someone who once said they loved you.
But Jesus Christ will never portray your trust friend.
You may have been rejected by someone who you expected to love you.
But let me tell you, Jesus Christ will never reject you. The Lord knows you.
He knows your name. He knows the number of hairs on your head and he cares for you.
Now, with all that I have told you, I want you to take my message with the correct context.
The love that God has for you is great indeed.
However, this is no excuse to continue living in sin. Of course, God loves you.
And it’s because of this great love that He wants you to repent. God loves you.
And it’s because of this love that He wants you to lean on him for the strength and the grace to live righteously.
And so with this understanding, let us pray.
You are our savior, Lord Jesus and out of love, you came to this earth.
You were crucified on a cross so that we can be saved.
I praise you for such a deep supernatural love that I could never repay.
How great is your love God Almighty, that you gave your only begotten son so that I should not perish but have everlasting life.
I did nothing to deserve this but yet you freely gave your son so that I should not perish your word.
That tells me in Jeremiah one verse five says before I formed you in the womb.
I knew you before you were born. I set you apart.
May your name always be praised for such love.
I thank you for meeting my greatest need, which is to be loved unconditionally.
You are a God who knows all, all that is done in the light and all deeds and thoughts in the darkness.
And regardless of knowing my most shameful secrets, you still decided to offer me a perfect sacrificial everlasting love.
You decided to offer me grace and mercy in spite of my faults.
You decided to show me a powerful love though, you know me inside out and I know where I fall short just as the Apostle Paul said in Romans eight verse 38 to 39 I declare that I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Jesus Christ, our Lord.
I thank you Lord for holding me together each and every day.
Whenever I have needed you, you have been there for me.
Whenever I have called on your name, you have heard my cry.
I am grateful for all of the love, mercy and grace that has been and that is shown to me though I did not deserve it.
Thank you for your faithfulness.
Even through the tough times of life to you alone, be the glory in your presence is the safest place that we can be in and so together with everyone listening right now.
Our prayer Lord is that your presence would cover us. May you walk with us every day?
May the Holy Spirit help us to realize and understand the magnitude of your love?
And may we never take it for granted?
May we be convicted to live lives that honor you lives, that hate sin and love, righteousness.
Thank you Lord Jesus. You have loved us with an everlasting love.
You have proven yourself to be always faithful God.
We trust and hold on to your word that says in Zephaniah chapter three verse 17, the Lord your God is with you, the mighty warrior who saves He will take great delight in you, in his love.
He will no longer rebuke you but will rejoice over you with singing.
You are worthy to be exalted and I uplift your name on high. Father.
Thank you for hearing this prayer. All the glory be unto you in Jesus name. I pray.
Amen. Luke chapter four verse 17 to 19 says, and the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was given to him.
He unrolled the scroll and found the place where it was written.
The spirit of the Lord is upon me because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty.
Those who are oppressed to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.
Now, I want you to notice what Jesus Christ brings good news to the poor.
This is what leads us to salvation. He comes to proclaim liberty to the captives.
This is to pardon our sins and set us free from a guilty verdict.
He also comes to set at liberty, those who are oppressed.
This is to give us true and lasting freedom from every unclean spirit.
Furthermore, when Jesus Christ comes into your life, he brings peace.
Colossians chapter three verse 15 says, and let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts to which indeed you were called in one body and be thankful.
Now because of the heavy price that was paid on the cross.
We don’t have to labor for our own salvation. We don’t have to earn it.
We don’t have to save up for it. All we need to do is to receive Jesus Christ.
It’s to receive Him in our hearts then and only then can peace rule our minds.
And finally, I’d like to tell you that Jesus Christ brings love first.
John chapter four verse 16 says, so we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us, God is love and whoever abides in love abides in God and God abides in Him.
It was love that sent Jesus Christ to the cross.
And it’s because of love that we have access to grace and mercy and eternal life through Jesus Christ.
If you have a personal relationship with Jesus, you have access to all these things.
You have access to peace. Beyond understanding, you’ve got access to freedom and liberty.
When Jesus comes into your life, there is no more oppression, there is no more captivity, there is only salvation, there is life and there is freedom from sin.
Now let us pray.
Heavenly Father, you are the author of all things that are good.
Everything that is pure, everything that is righteous is you Lord Jesus.
Wherever you are, there is peace, there is joy, there is life.
We invite you Lord to come into our hearts and into our homes.
Because where your presence is, there can be no captivity, there can be no oppression.
There is only liberty and freedom in you.
Thank you father because you freely offered yourself to die on a cross.
All because you loved us and now we praise you Lord because all authority has been given to you.
Whatever you say will come to pass.
Whenever you enter our lives, blessings cannot help but flow from you.
You are the object of our affection. You demand our attention and our reverence.
And so we bow down to you. None can stand against your will.
Lord Jesus, you are able to accomplish all that you set out to do your power and your goodness cannot be questioned.
Psalm chapter 16 verse 11 says, you make known to me the path of life in your presence.
There is fullness of joy at your right hand are pleasures forever more. Father.
We invite your presence to invade our lives.
Your presence is what my soul longs for your presence is the very thing that our lives need for so long.
This world has rejected you and turned away from you and put their faith in worthless things.
However, we as your Children stand on your word. Which says in Ephesians chapter two verse 19 to 21.
So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets.
Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone in whom the whole structure being joined together grows into a holy temple in the Lord Lord Jesus, you are the chief cornerstone of our lives and we worship you and choose to obey you alone.
Come into our lives, come into our homes, come into our minds and bring restoration and peace and love in each of our hearts.
Lord displace every unclean thought, drive out every cloud of darkness with your radiant light come and sweep our lives in a mighty way, cast out all fear and every negative pattern of thinking at your voice.
Demons tremble and flee because you hold all authority.
Father move into our homes, bring peace and unity into our families.
Heal every heart that is longing for love. Today, Lord Jesus, we need you.
There is power in your name.
When you speak chaos turns into order, darkness turns into light, evil is conquered and righteousness prevails in your presence.
Nothing unholy can remain. Lord, I pray that you may do a new thing in our lives.
And even now you stand at the door of our hearts and knock.
So help us to answer your call and to soften our hearts.
May you show up in a mighty way, exercise your sovereign rule over every part of my life, whatever your will is, may I be a servant that is available for your use?
May your glory be known to us in our families and even in our communities awaken our spirit to tap into the wonderful power of the Holy Spirit within us.
Father, make us aware of your presence daily. And may the Holy Spirit speak to us?
May he minister to us? May he counsel and guide us each and every day?
I bless your holy name.
And I thank you for listening to this prayer in jesus’ name.
I pray amen to the naked eye.
When you see a group of people, it can look as though everyone is on the same page.
It can look as though they’re all in harmony.
It can look as though everyone’s happy, everyone’s at peace.
However, the reality is that beyond the surface, every one of them is facing their own personal battles.
And I’m not talking about simply facing situations and circumstances. No, I’m talking about real spiritual battles.
Every one of us has our own spiritual battle to fight the amplified translation for Galatians five verse 17.
It says for the sinful nature has its desire, which is opposed to the spirit and the desire of the spirit opposes the sinful nature.
For these two, the sinful nature and the spirit are in direct opposition to each other.
Continually in conflict so that you as believers do not always do whatever good things you want to do.
You see our earthly bodies, they have a sinful nature.
However, our spirit is what’s drawn to God. And so these two are in constant conflict.
Your spirit wants to pray, it needs to pray.
But your body, it will all of a sudden feel tired or hungry.
Your spirit wants to feed on God’s word, but your body suddenly remembers that your favorite television show will be coming on in a few minutes.
This is the conflict that we face on a daily basis.
So now you may be asking how then do we govern this body?
Well, you can’t separate yourself from your body in order to walk right before the Lord.
So then how do you gain the victory?
Well, Galatians five versus 24 25 say, and those who are Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
If we live in the spirit, let us also walk in the spirit.
Those who belong to Jesus have crucified the flesh. Isn’t that interesting?
Crucifixion was a method of capital punishment.
It was torture to be crucified for the person involved, crucifixion involved being bound and nailed, the body would be strained under its own weight.
So now that you have some understanding of the brutality of crucifixion, listen to this, the Bible says, those who are Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
Crucifying your flesh is a painful process.
And no, we’re not talking about your flesh, the skin that’s on your bones.
No, we’re talking about the flesh that earthly nature.
And for some people, it’s torture to crucify the flesh.
But when you’re in Christ, that’s what you do.
You crucify the flesh so that you can be alive to Jesus and alive in Jesus.
And so I urge you brothers and sisters. We have to crucify our flesh daily.
And this means that we have to kill our will and let the will of God reign in our lives.
We have to kill our carnal mindset and become focused on the things above, not on the things of this earth.
You see a carnal mindset looks at the here and now it’s concerned with selfish pleasures with accumulating money and wealth, but a saved mind, a spirit that is quickened.
It’s focused on eternity. Dear friends, hold on to Jesus Christ, walk in the spirit and be led by the spirit.
Don’t do the things of the flesh because the things of the flesh, they will not last.
It’s only what we do for Christ that will last Lord Jesus, revive my spirit.
God strengthened my spirit and help me to crucify this flesh, help me to overcome my flesh.
Lord Jesus, help me to keep this flesh under subjection, to follow the word of God, give me victory in this battle.
Although it’s a fight just to pray at times.
God, I believe that you will help me to overcome daily at times.
Lord, if I’m gonna be honest, it’s a struggle to read your word because this flesh, it fights me.
However, I pray that you would help me to overcome this fight daily in this war that rages for my soul.
This this war between my body and my spirit help me to overcome Lord Jesus.
I pray that I would not be a slave to sin.
I pray that I would not serve unrighteousness. Strengthen my spirit. Lord revive and quicken my spirit.
Father, I pray that I would have a life that is alive to Christ and dead to this world.
Father, your word tells me that the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, long suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control.
Lord, I pray that these fruits would all be found within my life.
Lord, let me be filled with joy, love and peace.
Give me a character that’s long suffering and has self-control.
Your word says in Romans eight verses 13 through 15.
For if you live according to the flesh, you will die.
But if by the spirit, you put to death, the misdeeds of the body, you will live.
For those who are led by the spirit of God are the Children of God.
The spirit you received does not make you slaves so that you live in fear again, rather the spirit, you received, brought about your adoption to son and by him, we cry Abba father, Lord have mercy on me.
Give me the grace to live a life that’s empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Give me the grace to live a life that’s led and directed by the Holy Spirit.
Help me King Jesus to put away all earthly passions and desires.
I pray that I’d find contentment in you and never in this world.
Let my one and only passion be to serve you, Lord Jesus let my passion be to live for Jesus Christ and to glorify his holy name.
I pray that the works of the flesh would not be evident in my life.
I say no to any form of idolatry because Jesus Christ alone is my King Jesus Christ alone is my Lord and my Savior.
I say no to any form of impurity because I desire to pursue righteousness and to live in a manner that’s pleasing to my God.
I say no to anger, to jealousy, to envy or any form of strife.
Lord help me to be self controlled, help me to be kind.
Lord, help me to be loving, to be forgiving of others and compassionate father.
My spirit is willing to serve you my spirit yearns for your presence.
And Lord, I truly pray that you would touch my life because I know that just one touch from you and I will be transformed.
I know that one touch from you will renew me and make me hold Lord be magnified and be exalted.
I thank you for the victory that you’ve given me over sin.
I thank you for the strength that you’ve given me over this flesh.
And Lord by faith, I receive everything that I have prayed in this prayer for.
It’s in the name of Jesus Christ that I pray and I give you thanks, amen.
I would like to remind you that your words have power.
What you say matters, what you say has an effect over your life.
And the Bible is very clear about this.
Proverbs 18 verse 21 says, death and life are in the power of the tongue and those who love it will eat its fruit.
Proverbs chapter 12 verse 18 says, there is one who speaks like the piercings of a sword, but the tongue of the wise promotes health.
Ephesians chapter four verse 29 says, do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs that it may benefit those who listen all throughout the Bible.
It’s clear that what you say matters, what you say about yourself matters the words you speak over your life matter.
David prayed in Psalm 1 41 verse three saying, set a guard oh Lord over my mouth, keep watch over the door of my lips.
Now, I believe we all need to pray.
This prayer a guard has to be over our lips so that we do not bring unwanted consequences due to the words we speak.
I encourage you today to align your words, align your speech with God’s word.
There is power in declaring good things over yourself and there is even more power in declaring God’s word over yourself.
Begin to confess that surely goodness and mercy will follow me.
All of the days of my life, confess that no weapon formed against me shall prosper and every tongue that speaks against me in judgment shall be condemned.
I encourage you to speak to make declarations that are in line with the word of God.
Begin to say I have not been given a spirit of fear, but I have been given a spirit of power, love and a sound mind begin to say some trust in horses, some trust in chariots.
But I trust in the name of the Lord, declare that all things are possible with God.
And the reason why I would strongly urge you to declare God’s word over your life is because Proverbs chapter six verse two says you are snared by the words of your mouth.
You are taken by the words of your mouth.
This verse provides a powerful description about just how influential and forceful your words are and can be, you have been trapped and snared by the words of your mouth.
This literally means you are in a sense confined, captured and cornered by your words, by your very own words.
So take mind of what you are saying.
May the word of the Lord be the main thing that comes out of your mouth.
The word of God is living because it’s able to address the deepest needs of every human being at any time.
And in any situation, there is something in God’s word for everyone and for every situation.
And so with this understanding, let us pray.
Father, I come before you today asking that you would help me to set a guard over my mouth and to keep watch over the door of my lips.
Let me be aware of what I am saying at any given moment.
So that my words are pleasing to you, teach me to restrain my tongue and to exercise self control.
Even when I am tested. May I have self control regardless of my emotions, whether I’m angry or upset, help me Lord Jesus to guard my mouth.
I understand the impact of words.
Lord words can encourage and bring life, words can discourage and bring death.
I pray that my words may be aligned to yours. King Jesus.
Because your word according to Hebrews four verse 12 is living and powerful and sharper than any two edged sword piercing, even to the division of soul and spirit and of joints and marrow and is a discern of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
It’s in your word that I can gain wisdom.
It’s in your word that I can be renewed in my mind and refined of all impurities.
It’s your word, Lord Jesus that destroys evil and builds but strengthens my faith and builds a godly character within me.
Your word is alive and active because it exposes the sin in my life.
It exposes my blemishes and calls for me to repent your word.
Lord Jesus is a lamp and a light that guides me and gives me direction in life.
So help me to meditate on your word.
Your word says in Joshua one verse eight, keep this book of the Law always on your lips, meditate on it, day and night so that you may be careful to do everything written in it.
Then you will be prosperous and successful. Your word leads to spiritual prosperity and success.
So I pray that I may be so drawn and immersed in your word each and every day that it will wash over my life.
May it help me to build good righteous habits? May it help me to renew old sinful mindsets?
May it provide good and holy nourishment to my spirit and soul. Man cannot live by bread alone.
But by every word that comes from God, help me Lord to take your word more seriously and apply it in my life so that I will always walk in faith.
And according to your will, with your word hidden in my heart, I have direction.
I am renewed in my thinking. Father, I speak your word over my life.
I say according to Philippians four verse six and seven, I am anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving.
I let my requests be made known to God and the peace of God which surpasses all comprehension, guards my heart and my mind.
In Christ Jesus, I declare Psalm 23 verse one over my life. The Lord is my shepherd.
I shall not want, I declare that my God is able to do immeasurably more than all I ask or imagine according to his power that is at work within me.
And I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Thank you for your word.
May the Holy Spirit continue to help me each and every day to get a guard over my mouth and to keep watch over the door of my lips.
Thank you for hearing my prayer in jesus’ name. I pray amen.
Wisdom is important for us as believers so that we can be prudent about the schemes of the devil and the people of God.
It’s important to really take heed of the warnings in God’s word.
And to recognize that we really are at war against the forces of evil.
And I would like to highlight some of the ways in which the enemy aims to strike.
Firstly, the devil seeks to bring disharmony between you and other believers. And let me show you.
Why acts two verses one through two says?
And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind and it filled all the house where they were sitting notice how a mighty move of God happened.
Once this group of believers in the book of Acts were together in one accord, unified in prayer, unified in calling upon the name of the Lord.
No competitions, no shows. It was all about God. That’s when the Holy Spirit moved.
Now, if you and I if you and your family, if you and other believers were to lock yourselves in a room and you began to pray on one accord and you began to call on the name of Jesus Christ in one accord.
Do you not think that God would move in your lives?
So this is why the enemy tries to sow discord and disharmony among believers.
It’s all so that we aren’t unified in seeking the Lord.
And so then we need to pray for wisdom because if you look at it, it’s easy to get a group of people to agree.
When it comes to watching a movie or going on a holiday or hosting a party, everyone is in agreement.
But when it comes to gathering together to pray, it becomes difficult. Why?
Because the devil is working to block this so dear listener my message to you today is that you should pray and develop your personal prayer life.
But also find someone to pray with every once in a while, find someone who you can stand with in prayer.
Because the Bible says in Matthew 18 verses 19 through 20.
Again, I say unto you that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my father, which is in heaven for where two or three are gathered together in my name.
There am I in the midst of them? This is a promise.
Jesus is telling us that if two believers on earth agree and by agree, that means to be of one mind in harmony.
If they agree about anything that they ask within the will of God, it will be done for them.
Find a prayer partner.
Saints pray with your family, pray with your spouse, pray with your Children, make it your prayer request that the Lord would send someone in your life who you can pray with.
And now let us agree in prayer.
Dear Lord Jesus, we pray for unity in our lives and in our relationships today.
Lord, let there be unity in our families as we come into agreement that Jesus Christ is the king of kings and the Lord of Lords.
I pray for unity in our families so that we may be able to pray together, to seek the face of the Lord together and in one accord, Lord send people into our lives who we can pray with, send people into our lives who will encourage us in faith and stand with us to seek your face.
King Jesus, help us to form relationships with believers who are on fire for you. Lord Gaunt.
We desire to obey your word that says in Romans 15 verses five and six.
Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like minded toward one another.
According to Christ Jesus, that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Give us the grace, Lord Jesus to stand together with friends and family and fellow believers.
Lord help us to stand in one accord, unified with one voice to glorify and praise and honor the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Father, we rebuke the schemes of the enemy.
I declare in Jesus name that the devil will not succeed in bringing conflict in our families.
I declare in the mighty name of Jesus Christ that the devil will not succeed in his plans to disrupt and sow strife among us as believers in Christ.
Lord, I pray for each and every person listening right now only you know their situation.
God only you know the areas in which they’re under attack and regardless of the plots and the schemes of the enemy.
Lord, we look to you, we trust in you and we depend on you, God, Jesus, you’re our shield, you’re our defender.
You are our chief cornerstone, Lord Jesus, it’s you and you alone who can heal broken families.
You can heal broken marriages, you can heal broken homes.
And father, we’re asking that you do just that we call out to you, lord, because we refuse for the devil to come in and divide and conquer in our homes.
God, we ask right now that you would bring us together in one accord to your glory, bring us together Lord unified in seeking your name and chasing your presence for every ear that is listening.
May you lead them to form relationships with Godly men and women.
Those who will encourage them in the faith, change our friendship circles, Lord and bring people into our lives who will stand with us in prayer and in faith.
And even as you lead people into our lives, Lord help us to remember that your word says in Romans 12 verses 14 through 16, bless those who persecute you bless and do not curse rejoice with those who rejoice mourn with those who mourn live in harmony with one another.
Do not be proud but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceded.
May we have pure hearts that will never shun anyone away?
But may the love of Christ be demonstrated in how we treat others?
May we be a blessing to all those around us and may it be done?
Not so that we can be glorified, but rather so that your name, King Jesus would be lifted high.
Get all the glory from our lives. God get all the glory.
Thank you for listening to this prayer.
It’s in Jesus, mighty and matchless name that we pray and we give you thanks, amen.
