Transformative Encounter: Embracing God’s Vision and Excellence in Ministry
Yesterday was an incredibly special day—truly a treat. Once again, I am overwhelmed by what God is doing and continues to do in this place. As we traveled here, the Spirit of God overwhelmed my heart, especially regarding what He is accomplishing through the women at this conference. I am excited to see how the Holy Spirit will continue to flow in this space. Amen!
I would like to take a moment to honor the senior pastors of this house, PWA PTA. You are an incredible woman of God, and I am truly blessed to serve under the vision that God has given you for the women entrusted to this ministry. Let’s also honor the staff and volunteers with a round of applause. Amen!
I must be honest—I’ve traveled a lot, and there is a spirit of excellence here like I’ve never seen before. It’s tangible; you can feel it. There’s a clear, intentional effort to cultivate excellence as part of the culture, and I love this. Excellence reflects our Lord, who is excellent in all things. When we embody excellence, we unlock a deeper dimension of His power in everything we do. This spirit of excellence is something rare, and for that, we give all praise to Jesus. Amen!
Finally, I want to honor my husband, who is here with us and spending time with our daughter. I also want to honor my senior pastors, Pastor Tay Roberts and Pastor Sarah Jakes Roberts, who allow me the grace to fulfill the calling God has placed on my life. Let us pray.
A Prayer for Transformation and Insight
Heavenly Father, we thank You for what You have planned for tonight. Throughout this day, You’ve been releasing words of insight, and transformation has already begun. We don’t take it lightly to gather in Your presence as a body of believers. We ask that You eliminate all distractions, that our focus may be solely on You and what You seek to do.
We pray that every spirit of doubt be cast out in the name of Jesus. May the words You speak to Your daughters be received not as ideas or suggestions, but as truth. Let them receive Your message as their true identity. May their hearts be fertile soil for Your word, and anything that might hinder that, we pray that You touch it now in Jesus’ name. Have Your way, Lord, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
A New Book, A New Mission
Yesterday, I shared about my upcoming book, set to release on August 27. I am beyond excited because of the mission God has given this book. For me, it represents obedience. Every author will tell you that writing is a long and challenging process that requires sacrifice, but it is the obedience to God’s call that makes it worthwhile.
The Bible says in the last days, old men will dream dreams. People often misunderstand this verse, thinking it relates only to age, but it actually speaks to spiritual maturity. The “dreams” refer to a consistent flow of revelation from God—both young and old experience dreams, but it’s the mature who truly discern and understand them.
Here’s the beauty of dreams: we spend a third of our lives sleeping, about 26 years, and God doesn’t want that to be a time when we don’t encounter Him. He desires for us to experience consistent encounters with Him in our dreams. However, God doesn’t speak frivolously—He doesn’t waste words. Our inability to discern His voice in our dreams may cause Him to withhold critical revelations that could shape our destiny.
This book is not just about learning to interpret dreams—that’s actually one of the easier parts. The core message is about understanding your dreams as Holy Ground, interacting with the Holy Spirit before bed and upon waking, and learning to amplify the voice of God through dreams. Many challenges in life can be avoided if we are attuned to His voice and receive guidance directly from Him.
I’m excited to share more as we dive deeper into this spiritual journey. Stay tuned!
