Todd White Daily Devotional – October 26, 2026: Standing Strong in the Love of God

Today, right where you are, God sees you. He knows the pressure you’re under, the questions you don’t say out loud, the battles nobody else understands. You might feel worn out, overlooked, or even ashamed of where you’ve been—but the Father is not backing away from you. He is drawing near. As you read this devotional, imagine the Lord taking you by the hand, lifting your chin, and reminding you: “You are Mine, and I am not letting go.” This is a new day to trust Him more deeply, walk in His love more boldly, and expect His goodness in every corner of your life.

Rooted in Unshakable Love

“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!” (1 John 3:1, NIV). This verse doesn’t whisper about God’s love; it shouts it. The Father hasn’t given you a cautious, measured affection. He has “lavished” His love on you. That means poured out, overflowing, more than enough. No failure, habit, or past wound can rewrite what God says about you: you are His child. Your identity is not “broken,” “unworthy,” or “barely hanging on.” In Christ, your identity is “deeply loved,” “fully accepted,” and “completely forgiven.” When life shakes you, this truth holds you steady.

Walking It Out in Real Life

Knowing God loves you is powerful, but living like it is where transformation begins. Today, when anxiety tries to grip your heart, pause and say, “Father, Your love is bigger than this.” When you face a tough conversation, go into it aware that you are a child of God, not a victim of your circumstances. If you stumble or sin, run to Him instead of hiding from Him. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you one practical step: maybe it’s forgiving someone, apologizing, turning off a toxic show, or spending ten quiet minutes in prayer before checking your phone. Faith grows one small, obedient step at a time. Your life doesn’t change by willpower alone; it changes as you trust the One who already lives inside you.

Strengthened in Faith and Spiritual Hunger

Lord, I bring my faith before You today. I confess that some days doubt feels loud and fear feels heavy. But I choose to believe that You are greater than my feelings. Stir a fresh hunger in me for Your Word, Your presence, and Your voice. Teach me to lean into Your promises when my mind races and my emotions swing. Grow in me a faith that stands in storms, praises through pain, and keeps going when I feel like quitting. Let Your Spirit sharpen my discernment and deepen my trust. Align my desires with Yours so that what breaks Your heart breaks mine, and what You love, I love. Draw me closer, Jesus, until knowing You is my highest joy and greatest pursuit.

Covering My Home in Peace and Love

Father, I lift my family and loved ones to You. You see every tension, every unspoken hurt, every need we don’t know how to express. I ask You to flood our home with Your peace. Heal misunderstandings, soften hard hearts, and mend broken trust. Help us to speak life instead of criticism, to listen instead of reacting, and to forgive quickly instead of keeping score. Protect our marriages, strengthen our children, and surround our extended family with Your grace. Where there is distance, bring reconciliation. Where there is loneliness, bring connection. Let our home be a place where Your presence is felt, Your name is honored, and Your love is visible in the way we treat one another.

Health, Healing, and Inner Wholeness

Lord Jesus, You are my healer. I bring You my body, mind, and emotions. For every place of pain, sickness, or weakness, I ask for Your healing touch. Restore what has been damaged by stress, disease, or trauma. Strengthen my immune system, renew my energy, and calm my nervous system. For anxiety, depression, and emotional heaviness, breathe Your peace and hope into the deepest places of my heart. Show me practical steps to care for my health—rest, wise choices, and healthy boundaries. Help me to see my body as Your temple and my mind as a place for Your truth, not the enemy’s lies. I receive Your strength for this day and
