What does this global celebration this moment when the entire world seems to pause truly reveal? It declares one powerful truth: being joined to Him is the greatest privilege you will ever have. Your relationship with God is not just important it is everything. That is why you need a secret place with Him, not only a quiet moment in your daily routine, but a sacred space in your heart where you meet Him personally, intimately, and consistently.

Galatians 4:4 says, “When the fullness of time had come, God sent forth His Son.” To understand the weight of that moment, we must go back over 2,000 years to the height of the Roman Empire. It was the most powerful empire the world had ever seen, stretching across continents, ruling with unmatched authority. Its roads connected nations, its armies enforced order, and its culture shaped society. Emperors were worshiped as gods, and the world revolved around power, influence, and wealth. At the center of it all stood Caesar Augustus. And yet, when God chose to enter history, He did not come through Rome’s power or glory.

Instead, far from the spotlight, in a small and overlooked village called Nazareth, lived a young woman named Mary and a man named Joseph. They were unknown, ordinary, and faithful. Then everything changed. Mary was visited by an angel and told she would carry the Son of God, and Joseph received the same truth in a dream. At the same time, a decree from Caesar Augustus required a census, forcing them to travel to Bethlehem a small and seemingly insignificant town. And there, in the most unexpected way, history was forever changed.

When they arrived, there was no room for them, no place in the inn, no recognition or honor. So the Son of God was born not in a palace, but in a manger a feeding place for animals. A homeless couple, a newborn child, hidden in obscurity and silence. No kings noticed, no historians recorded it, no crowds gathered. And yet, more than 2,000 years later, the entire world remembers that moment. Nations pause, lights are displayed, songs are sung, and lives are shaped because of that one night in Bethlehem. No other event in history has marked time itself in such a way. Human history is divided by it before and after. The world may not fully understand it, but it cannot escape it.

This reveals something profound: God’s ways are not the world’s ways. What seems small and insignificant to people is often central to His plan. While Rome appeared to be the center of power, the true center of history was a manger. The greatest works of God often begin quietly a baby in a manger, a whisper in the night, a single step of faith. That is why you must never despise small beginnings, because one prayer, one act of o

So live a life joined to Him. Align every thought, every decision, and every action with His will. Walk with Him daily, seek Him in the quiet place, and hold tightly to that relationship above all else. Because when everything in this world fades away, one thing will remain your connection with Him.
