Thankful Wednesday Blessings

A prayer for the New Year: Dear God, thank You for opening my eyes to see 2025. It’s only because of You that I can face this year with confidence, knowing I will overcome every challenge. It’s because of You that I can walk in victory, and for that, I thank You. I surrender every battle to You and place every struggle into Your hands, trusting You to guide me. Forgive me of my sins and cleanse my heart. Take me by the hand and lead the way. As I place my hope in Your promises, I trust You to see me through. I believe that 2025 will be a “God-did-it” year, and I give it all to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” -Jeremiah 29:11

In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Lord God, as I begin this new year, I come before You with a grateful heart for all I have experienced and with hope for what is to come. I ask You to bless each day ahead, guide my steps, and grant me wisdom to make the right decisions. Give me the strength to face any challenges and the humility to recognize that all good things come from You.

May this year be an opportunity to draw closer to Your will, to grow in faith, love, and service to others. Blessed are You for all the goodness You bring into my life, for every blessing, and for the moments when I feel Your presence. Thank You for lifting me up with the support of Your holy arm and for giving me the trust of a child in their Father.

Thank You for working in my heart, removing sadness, and allowing me to embrace new possibilities. I praise and thank You for this new dawn, knowing that it is You who gives me the strength to keep moving forward. Be the driving force behind my every step and the flame of hope that burns brightly in my heart.

Thank You for Your boundless blessings and faithfulness, for never abandoning me, and for always being present to guide me. Keep my faith alive so I won’t falter, and grant me the confidence to walk securely, knowing that everything I need is found in You.

Thank You for Your unconditional love, which sustains me at all times, and for being the refuge where I always find peace. On this morning, filled with the warmth of Your love, I lift my humble prayers for all who are sick. I ask that You give them strength to keep fighting with courage and grant them peace in their spirits so they may encounter You. If it is Your holy will, bestow upon them the physical healing they long for, so they may regain the joy of their days.

Father, do not let negative thoughts destroy the happiness growing within me. Help me be an instrument of Your peace and love in this world. You know the deepest desires of my heart, and I trust that only through Your strength will I achieve what I seek.

Thank You for being by my side again on this new day, filling me with the goodness only You can provide. I also ask that You bless everyone who carries their burdens daily. Grant them the comfort and strength they need.

Praise be to You, Heavenly Father, for Your immense love, which allows me to witness this new dawn, crowned with the promise of a year spent walking alongside You.
