Thankful Wednesday Blessings
Good morning, dear friend. As this Wednesday begins, take a quiet moment before anything else fills your mind. You may be thinking about many things already—responsibilities, decisions, conversations, and concerns. Perhaps your heart feels hopeful, but also a little tired or unsure. If that is how you feel, you are not alone. And you do not have to face this day by yourself. God is with you, and He cares about every step you will take today.
Heavenly Father, this morning I come before You with a humble and open heart. Thank You for this new day and for giving me another opportunity to walk with You. Before I make any decisions or face any challenges, I choose to place everything into Your hands. I do not want to rely only on my own understanding. I need Your wisdom, Your guidance, and Your peace.
Lord, there are many choices ahead of me today. Some may seem small, but they still matter. Others may feel heavy and important. You know every decision I will need to make, every conversation I will have, and every step I will take. So I ask You to guide me. Give me clarity where I feel unsure. Give me wisdom to choose what is right. Help me not to act out of fear, pressure, or confusion.
Please calm my mind, Lord. Sometimes my thoughts feel crowded and restless. Sometimes I try to solve everything too quickly. But today, I choose to slow down and trust You. Let Your peace fill my heart and quiet every anxious thought. Help me remember that I do not need to have all the answers right away. I only need to follow the step You show me.
Father, guard my mind throughout this day. Do not let fear, worry, or negative thoughts take control. Instead, fill my mind with Your truth and Your peace. Help me stay steady, even when things feel uncertain. Remind me that You are in control, and that You are guiding me in the right direction.
Lord, guide my words and my actions. In every conversation, help me speak with kindness, wisdom, and patience. When I need to respond, give me the right words. When I need to stay silent, give me peace to wait. Let everything I say and do reflect Your love and Your wisdom.
I also ask You to help me manage this day well. Show me what truly matters. Help me focus on what is important and not be overwhelmed by everything at once. Give me balance, clarity, and calmness in all that I do.
Father, I surrender this entire day to You. I release every burden, every fear, and every pressure. I trust that You are already ahead of me, guiding my steps and preparing the way. I choose to walk in peace, not in stress. I choose to trust You, not my fears.
Thank You, Father, for Your presence, Your guidance, and Your love. I believe that You will lead me, strengthen me, and give me peace in every moment of this day.

I am 78 years old and have struggled for so long. My need is to conquer the flesh. I am consistently
on the computer, checking on the wickedness in this world even tho I can\'t do anything about it.
My prayer life is not good, and my reading of the Scriptures is less. I want so much to serve God and feel His presence.
