Following the October 7th attacks, instead of global support for Israel, we’ve witnessed a disturbing wave of anti-Semitism and anti-Israel sentiment, especially among the next generation in the U.S. Cahn identifies this as part of a demonic spiritual war prophesied in Revelation, where spirits go out to deceive the nations and rally them against Israel. He calls this the dragon’s war—a war waged by the enemy not only against Israel but also against Christians and all who bear the image of God.

Israel and the Church: Two Targets of the Enemy

The dragon in Revelation makes war against the woman (Israel) and the rest of her children, which includes believers in Yeshua (Jesus). If you’re born again, you are part of spiritual Israel—and therefore a target of the enemy. The same strategy Satan uses against Israel, he uses against you: stealing purpose, identity, and destiny.

Cahn introduces what he calls “The Palestine Mystery”—the enemy’s tactic of renaming the Promised Land to “Palestine,” disconnecting it from its divine purpose. In the same way, Satan tries to rename you, giving you a false identity to separate you from God’s calling.
