“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33, NKJV) Jesus speaks directly to our anxious hearts in this verse. He knows we worry about money, safety, our future, and our families. Yet He redirects our focus: pursue God’s kingdom and His ways first. Dr. Myles Munroe often taught that the kingdom of God is not a religion but a way of living under God’s rule, where our priorities, identity, and decisions are shaped by heaven’s culture.
