Health and Healing in His Hands

Gracious Healer, I place my body, mind, and emotions in Your capable hands. Where there is sickness, bring healing. Where there is pain, bring comfort. Where there is weariness, bring strength. Calm anxious thoughts, quiet inner turmoil, and restore restful sleep. Help me make wise choices about rest, food, movement, and boundaries. Remind me that my body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and give me grace to steward it well. For those I love who are battling illness, fear, or depression, surround them with Your presence and let them sense Your nearness in a tangible way today.
