Creflo A. Dollar : Living Life Through Your True Identity- Episode 2
Aligned With Heaven: Living From Your True Identity
Every believer is created to carry something from heaven—something uniquely shaped into the fabric of who you are. But many people struggle to see this because they measure their identity by behavior, failures, or labels rather than by the truth of who they are in Christ.
You were designed to live steady, secure, merciful, strong, and full of grace. You were created to respond to life not with offense or judgment, but with compassion and truth. And no matter what anyone has said, it is never too late—not too late to love, not too late to forgive, and not too late to live out the identity God placed within you.
Identity Before Purpose
Most people spend years chasing purpose as if it’s something far away. But purpose flows from identity—not from achievements, titles, gifts, or positions. Your true identity is the foundation of God’s calling in your life. When you know who you are in Christ, purpose no longer becomes something you search for—it becomes something you naturally live out.
God designed you with intentional wiring. Pay attention to what comes naturally, what feels effortless, and what others affirm in you. Your wiring often reveals the direction of your purpose. If something flows gracefully from you, it may be part of the heavenly assignment God placed inside you.
Letting Christ Express Himself Through You
Instead of asking, “What is my purpose?” ask, “Jesus, how do You want to express Yourself through me today?”
Purpose is revealed one day at a time as you allow Him to work through your conversations, your creativity, your work, and the small moments that shape your day.
True worship is not just singing songs—it’s creating space for God to lead you, speak to you, and express His heart through you.
The Power of Alignment
The Christian life is not about trying to become righteous, blessed, loved, or accepted. Those things are already finished in Christ. Your role is to stay aligned with what He has already done.
Just like a satellite dish needs to be pointed toward the signal, your heart needs daily alignment. When emotions, attitudes, or distractions shift you off center, the “signal” becomes harder to receive. Prayer, worship, Scripture, and fellowship are the tools God gives you for daily realignment.
You don’t pray to convince God to do something.
You pray to align your heart with the work He has already completed.
You don’t worship to earn His presence.
You worship to position yourself to receive what is already yours.
Everything you need—righteousness, redemption, deliverance, and purpose—has already been provided. Your task is to align your life with the finished work of Jesus.
Participating With What’s Already Done
God will not force you into alignment. He will not make you pray, worship, or speak faith-filled words. Alignment is your participation in what Christ has accomplished. And as you grow, you’ll find it becomes more natural—yet life will always present moments that require you to realign your heart again.
Designed to Carry Heaven
You are God’s workmanship—intentionally crafted in Christ Jesus for good works He prepared long before you arrived. Your life is not random. You were custom-built to carry something of heaven in a way no one else can.
You are uniquely designed to reveal a piece of God’s heart to the world.
And when you live from your true identity—aligned with heaven—purpose flows naturally, powerfully, and beautifully from within you.
