Applying The Power Of God In Your Problems | Jonathan Cahn Sermon

Life often brings challenges, and at times, it may feel like love is lacking. But God’s love remains steadfast, growing stronger through every situation. When facing trials, remember that God uses every difficulty to build courage and faith.

In the book of Acts, the disciples returned to the places they had ministered, strengthening the souls of believers and encouraging them to remain faithful. They reminded them, “Through many tribulations, we must enter the Kingdom of God.” This message still holds true today.

Encouragement is Essential

We all need strength, especially in our walk with God. Encouraging one another is vital. It’s easy to criticize, but constant negativity weakens the spirit. God is the source of all encouragement, and as His followers, we are called to uplift those around us.

Husbands and wives, speak words of affirmation to each other. Parents, bless and encourage your children. At work and in daily life, acknowledge the good rather than only pointing out flaws. Life is too short to tear others down—build them up instead.

Faith in Trials Leads to Victory

Some teachings suggest that believers should only experience blessings and prosperity. However, scripture tells us that trials are part of our journey. When faith is based on the expectation that life will always be easy, it can falter in hardship. True faith endures both the mountaintops and the valleys.

Encouragement doesn’t mean denying difficulties; it means recognizing that God is with us through them. Strength grows in adversity. The underground church and persecuted believers throughout history have demonstrated unwavering faith in the face of suffering. Their endurance strengthens us today.

God never promised a life without struggles, but He did promise victory through them. The love of God does not separate us from trouble, but trouble does not separate us from His love.

Overcoming Through Christ

The trials we face are not obstacles but pathways to experiencing God’s power. Jesus—Yeshua, meaning “salvation”—demonstrated victory through healing, overcoming darkness, and transforming lives. He declared, “I have overcome the world.”

As believers, we are more than conquerors. But how can we claim victory if there is nothing to overcome? Through many trials, we enter the Kingdom of God, witnessing His faithfulness and love in every challenge.

No matter what road you are on, trust that God is leading you to His purpose. Keep the faith, stand firm, and know that every challenge is an opportunity to see His power at work in your life.
