Andrew Wommack Daily Devotional – September 30, 2026: Standing Strong in God’s Faithfulness

Some mornings you may wake up with a quiet heaviness you can’t quite explain. The bills are still there, the news headlines are unsettling, and the future feels uncertain. Yet right in the middle of all that, God is inviting you into a deeper place of confidence in Him. Today, as you read this devotional, picture the Lord sitting with you at your kitchen table or in your car before work, gently reminding you, “I have not forgotten you. I am still in control. I am still faithful.” This is a day to anchor your heart in the unshakable truth of God’s Word and let hope rise again.

Rooted in a Promise That Never Shifts

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8, ESV) In a world that shifts every day, this verse shines like a lighthouse in a storm. Jesus does not change. The same Savior who healed the sick, calmed storms, forgave sinners, and multiplied loaves is the One living in you right now. His character is consistent. His love is constant. His power is unbroken. When everything around you feels unstable, you can tie your heart to this truth: what Jesus was then, He is now—and He will be for all eternity. That means His mercy won’t run dry, His promises won’t expire, and His grace won’t run out on you today.

Walking Out Faith in the Middle of Real-Life Mess

Faith is not pretending your problems don’t exist; it’s choosing to see God as bigger than your problems. Today, you may be facing tight finances, strained relationships, or worry about your kids. Instead of rehearsing what could go wrong, begin to rehearse who God is. Speak His Word over your situation. When anxiety rises, whisper, “Lord, I trust You more than what I feel.” Take one step of obedience—make the call, forgive the offense, show up at work with integrity, or spend five quiet minutes in prayer instead of scrolling your phone. Faith grows as you act on what God says, even when your emotions are lagging behind. God is not asking you to be perfect; He is inviting you to lean on His strength and let Him grow you one day at a time.

Drawing Near in Faith and Spiritual Hunger

Father, in Jesus’ name, I bring my heart before You today. I ask You to deepen my faith and expand my trust. Where I have allowed fear, doubt, or disappointment to speak louder than Your Word, forgive me and wash my mind with Your truth. Holy Spirit, make Jesus more real to me than ever before. Stir up a hunger in me to know You, not just on Sundays, but in the quiet routines of my daily life. Help me to live aware of Your presence at home, at work, and in every conversation. Strengthen my inner man so that I stand firm when I’m tested. Teach me to hear Your voice, to recognize Your leading, and to obey quickly. Let my faith not be built on feelings or circumstances, but on the solid rock of Your unchanging character. Thank You that as I draw near to You, You promise to draw near to me.

Covering Our Homes with God’s Peace

Lord, I place my family and loved ones before You. You see every marriage, every child, every prodigal, every broken heart. Bring unity where there’s division and tenderness where there’s been harshness. Let forgiveness flow in my home. Protect our relationships from misunderstanding, bitterness, and the lies of the enemy. Surround my household with Your peace. Let our home be a refuge filled with prayer, laughter, and grace. For those in my family who don’t yet know You, soften their hearts and draw them by Your love. Give us wisdom as parents, spouses, children, and friends to love well, speak life, and reflect Christ to each other every day.

Strength, Healing, and Wholeness for Body and Soul

Gracious Healer, I bring my health and emotional well-being to You. Where there is pain, sickness, or chronic fatigue, stretch out Your healing hand. Restore what has been damaged, align what is out of order, and renew what has grown weak. Give me wisdom to care for my body with rest, nourishment, and healthy choices. For my mind and emotions, pour out Your peace in anxious places and Your comfort in wounded places. Break the weight of depression,
