The Believer’s Walk of Faith is made possible through the faithful support of partners and viewers of Bill Winston Ministries.

There is a spiritual principle known as the law of confession. Every time you speak, you are shaping the direction of your life. Many people fail to recognize the connection between what they consistently say and what eventually manifests in their lives.

You can speak life, or you can speak death. Words are not empty sounds or meaningless noise. According to Scripture, words carry spiritual power. Your spirit stores the words you continually believe and declare, and when challenges arise, those stored words are what come out.

The enemy listens carefully to your conversations. His goal is to get you to speak against God’s promises and release doubt, fear, and unbelief. Every belief within you that did not come from God must be uprooted. When your confession lines up with the Word of God, your needs can be met through faith and obedience.

This law of confession is not only how people enter the Christian faith, but also how they walk in God’s promises. There is a direct relationship between what you say and what you experience in life.

In Gospel of Matthew chapter 12, Jesus taught that a tree is known by its fruit. He explained that whatever fills the heart eventually comes out of the mouth. The “heart” in this context refers to the spirit of a person. The words people speak reveal what has been planted deep within them.

A good person produces good fruit from the good stored inside their heart, while negative beliefs produce destructive results. Just as an apple tree cannot produce oranges, the seeds planted in your heart determine the fruit that appears in your life.

The Bible says in Gospel of Luke 8 that the seed is the Word of God. When words are spoken repeatedly, they are planted like seeds, eventually producing visible results. The fruit in a person’s life is the manifestation of what has been sown internally.

Jesus also warned believers to guard what they hear because wrong beliefs create wrong perceptions. Many struggles in life are connected to deeply rooted ideas and perspectives that do not come from God.

In Gospel of Matthew chapter 15, Jesus declared that every plant the Heavenly Father did not plant would be uprooted. This represents beliefs, mindsets, fears, and perceptions that oppose God’s truth. These false beliefs often shape how people see themselves, others, and their future.

Perception influences reality. Many people live according to negative images planted by fear, pain, rejection, or failure. But God desires to replace those destructive seeds with His Word so believers can walk into a new destiny.

The message then turns to the story of the twelve spies in Book of Numbers chapters 13 and 14. After centuries of slavery in Egypt, the Israelites were preparing to enter the Promised Land. Moses sent twelve spies to explore Canaan.

Ten spies returned with fear-filled words, focusing on giants, fortified cities, and impossible obstacles. Their perception caused them to believe defeat was inevitable. They even described themselves as grasshoppers in comparison to their enemies.

However, Joshua and Caleb spoke differently. Caleb boldly declared, “We are well able to overcome it.” His confession agreed with God’s promise instead of fear.

The entire nation responded based on perception rather than faith. Fearful words spread discouragement, and the people began complaining against Moses and even against God. Their confession shaped their future.

Jesus later taught in Gospel of Matthew chapter 10 and Gospel of Luke chapter 12 that whoever confesses Him before people will be confessed before the Father and before the angels of God.

In Book of Revelation chapter 19, Jesus is called “The Word of God.” To confess Christ means to agree with and speak what God has declared. The Greek word “homologeo” means “to say the same thing” or “to agree with.”

Faith confession is agreeing with God’s Word even before circumstances change.

Joshua and Caleb aligned their words with God’s promise, while the others confessed fear and unbelief. As a result, only Joshua and Caleb entered the Promised Land.

God declared to the Israelites, “As you have spoken in My ears, so will I do to you.” Their own words became the determining factor in their future. Their negative confession caused a breach in the promise God intended for them.

This teaching emphasizes that believers are being restored to the authority God originally intended in the beginning. Through faith-filled words, believers can declare God’s promises over their lives, health, families, finances, and purpose.

In Gospel of Mark chapter 11, Jesus spoke directly to a fig tree that had no fruit. He publicly declared that no one would eat fruit from it again, and the disciples heard Him say it. The next day, the tree had withered from the roots.

This demonstrates the power of spoken words. Jesus consistently declared things publicly before they manifested. He spoke life over Jairus’ daughter before she was raised from the dead. Faith speaks with confidence before visible evidence appears.

Many believers hesitate to speak God’s promises openly because they fear disappointment or criticism. Yet Scripture repeatedly shows that faith confession works according to spiritual law.

Joshua and Caleb were threatened because of what they said publicly. Even in Jesus’ time, many people refused to confess Him openly because they feared rejection from society.

The message is clear: no one can stop your God-given destiny except you.

God has established spiritual authority within every believer. Fear, doubt, and negative confession limit what people receive, while faith-filled agreement with God’s Word releases His promises.

Dr. Bill Winston teaches that believers must stop blaming circumstances, governments, or other people for their lives and begin taking responsibility for the words they speak daily.

The teaching also highlights that spiritual laws operate consistently. Just as natural laws always function the same way, the law of confession produces results according to the words spoken and believed.

The broadcast concludes with an invitation to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Bill Winston explains that salvation begins with a personal decision to believe in Christ’s death and resurrection and invite Him into your life.

Those who pray in faith become part of the family of God and can begin walking in a new life of faith, purpose, and spiritual authority.

The ministry also highlights Dr. Winston’s teachings and resources, including “The Law of Confession” series and his book “Manifesting the Billion Flow,” which focuses on renewing the mind, operating in Kingdom principles, and walking in supernatural increase according to God’s purpose.

The mission of Bill Winston Ministries is to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom around the world and train believers to live by faith, exercise spiritual dominion, and walk in alignment with God’s promises.

As Bill Winston often reminds believers: faith is essential to reaching your God-given destiny. Keep speaking life, keep standing on God’s Word, and keep walking by faith.
