Thankful Sunday Blessings
A prayer for the weekend: Dear God, thank You so much for allowing me to see another weekend. Your mercies are new every morning, and I don’t take that for granted with so much happening in the world. Your word in Psalm 18:2 says, “The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.” You are my firm foundation, the one I can always rely on no matter what comes my way. Thank You for guiding me, protecting me, and giving me strength each day. I trust You with everything. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. -1 Corinthians 3:11

Lord, once again, I come to You with a grateful heart for the gift of a new dawn and the precious opportunity to live. My God, I entrust my heart, my feelings, and my emotions into Your hands. I bless You because Your limitless power has carried me through every challenge.
My Lord, I have no better way to thank You than by offering You my entire being. Take me, transform me into an instrument of Your will, and allow me to spread Your message of love to all humanity. I want to proclaim Your wonders and let everyone know how deeply loved I feel by You. The same love You shower upon me is given to everyone equally.
Fill my life with Your presence. May my desires be rooted in You. Let my commitment to You grow stronger today, and may my desire to serve You and give my best increase with each moment.
Lord, with this new morning, I lift up to You all the people You have placed in my heart. Do not let them walk their paths alone. Bless them always with Your presence and protection.
In You, I feel my soul’s fulfillment drawing near, for I know that when You are with me, everything else falls into place. Thank You for listening to my prayers and for teaching me to recognize Your presence in every event. Praised be Your immense greatness, for You have shown Yourself to be mighty and powerful in my life.
Pass Your healing hand over me, Lord. Let me feel the purifying fire that heals and renews everything within me. Thank You for this new chance to live. Thank You for this opportunity to rise and make the most of my time by doing Your holy will.
Fill me today with Your joy and gladness so that I may share it with everyone I encounter. Blessed are You, Lord! Even if an army rises against me, I remain at peace, knowing I will overcome because You are with me. If You are in my home, I lack nothing.
I seek to feel the peace and serenity that comes from Your presence, so I can face and overcome every challenge in my path. I ask You, with faith, to strengthen me. Grant me the courage to conquer my fears. Look upon me with mercy, and let me feel Your boundless love.
