Thursday, August 24, 2023 – Becoming the Shofar

The most uniquely biblical instrument is the shofar or ram’s horn. The root word for “shofar” means “clear.” A shofar must make a clear sound, and be cleared through. Any obstruction and the sound will be hindered. You can’t blow through something that’s clogged. You’re called to be a vessel, an instrument of the Lord’s purposes. You’re to be the Lord’s shofar that He blows through. In Hebrew “breath” is “ruach”. “Ruach” also means “Spirit.” As the Lord’s instrument, you must be free of obstructions: bitterness, apathy, selfishness, pride, lust, carnality, immorality, fear, sin. Anything outside of God’s will obstructs the blowing of His breath. Do you want God to be able to make a great sound through your life? Then His breath — His Spirit must flow through you. Get those blockages out. Start clearing up your vessel. Anything out of God’s will isn’t only bad, it’s stopping you from knowing a Spirit-filled life. 2 Timothy 2:21 says, “If anyone cleanses himself from these things, he will be a vessel for honor.” The Lord wants to use you. It’s time to become a clear vessel. Get unblocked.

In the book of acts, the disciple Steven has put on trial in his life.
And out of his mouth comes the word of god.
I mean, a full I mean, the things you could not remember, he doesn’t how because the spirit of god came upon him.
How did Paul get the revelations from the word that he got because the spirit of god was upon him.
How do the prophets get the word of god? In the first place, the spirit of god was upon them.
The word of god, it says as god breathes that what does that mean? It’s given through the spirit.
So by the spirit, the word of god is unlocked.
When you open up the word of god, seek the anointing of the spirit to unlock the word of god.
There’s something ask them, lord. I I wanna see new things. I wanna see what you have in this word.
I wanna understand the deep things of it.
One of the powers of the spirit is to unlock the word of god and give you insight that you never could have had.
And the power of the spirit is to give you supernatural knowledge that you could never know.
Otherwise, to make you smarter than you are. You know, sometimes it’s a sense you have. Sometimes, hey.
This is something’s not right here. or there’s no one. There’s no other reason. You just it’s there.
Or a check, a red flag, something I should don’t go there.
Or a sense of peace when there’s no reason for a peace the other way.
I know I know people who were supposed to go on a plane, and they said, well, there’s something to stop them.
It was like, we can’t go. It crashed, but they was the spirit of god.
or something comes into your mind or a scripture and it’s all confirmed. It was god.
I was at the Messiah conference one time, and they asked me to pray at a prayer line.
So I did a woman comes up to me to pray. I’m praying. And, also, I see Mary Magdalton.
I don’t know why, and it’s always started talking about Mary Magdalene. The woman breaks down weeping.
It says that’s always been that’s how god always speaks to me. emagulant.
Another time in that line, a couple came up to me and they said they tried to have a baby, uh, again and again and again and miscarriages after miscarriage.
So pray for a baby. And I’m thinking like, okay.
So So I’m praying, and I and I see a baby boy.
And and but I didn’t say anything because I they were so crushed. I was afraid of lifting that up.
I didn’t know. The next year, they came back with a baby boy.
The spirit of god imparts thoughts from the mind of god.
that you can walk beyond your knowing walk in his purpose. Be open. Be open. Lord. Leave me.
I may have my plans, but lord, I want yours there better. Be open to the spirit.
