“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the schemes of the devil. For we are not battling against flesh and blood, but against rulers, authorities, cosmic powers in this present darkness, and the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Therefore, take up the full armor of God so that you will be able to stand firm when the day of evil comes. Stand firm by girding yourself with the belt of truth, putting on the breastplate of righteousness, and fastening your feet with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In all circumstances, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one. Also, don the helmet of salvation and wield the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Pray at all times in the Spirit, with every kind of prayer and petition. Remain alert and always persevere in your prayers for all the saints, including me. I ask that I may boldly proclaim the mystery of the gospel—as I am an ambassador in chains. May I speak as boldly as I ought. Then join me in this prayer: ‘Lord, open our eyes and hearts. Open my lips, so I may declare Your praise for Jesus’ sake.’ Amen.”

Yet, while many may dismiss these ideas, our culture still shows a strong fascination with them through films such as The Exorcist, Rosemary’s Baby, The Witch, and The Omen. This apparent contradiction invites us to ask: why is there such a persistent interest in these subjects? The answer may lie in the fact that the very preoccupation with these themes hints at a deeper, underlying reality—one that modern skepticism might prefer to ignore.
