Thankful Wednesday Blessings

Dear God, thank You for this day and for always being with me. Your word in John 16:33 says, “I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” God, if it’s not Your will, let it slip through my grasp and give me the peace not to worry about it. Help me to hold on to the peace You give and to remember that You’ve already won every battle that I will ever face. Victory belongs to You. Thank You for being my strength and my hope through it all. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. -John 14:27

Dear Heavenly Father,

As a new day dawns, I come before You with an open heart, ready to embrace Your presence and follow Your divine guidance. Thank You for the precious gift of this morning—the light of the sun that reflects Your faithfulness and the breath in my lungs that testifies to Your goodness. You are my strength and my shield, and I praise You for the blessed assurance that You are always by my side.

Lord, as I step into the unknown of this day, I hold on tightly to Your promise in Joshua 1:9: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Thank You for this powerful encouragement that reminds me I am never alone. You have commanded me to be strong and courageous, and I take this to heart, knowing that Your presence and care are constant.

Strengthen me, Lord, to move forward with boldness, even when the path is unclear or challenges arise. Help me to trust fully in Your ability to guide and sustain me. Let my faith in Your promises overshadow any fear or doubt. With You by my side, I can face this day with hope, confidence, and peace.

Father, I ask for Your divine protection over my life today. Shield me from harm, both seen and unseen, and guard my heart and mind against fear, anxiety, and discouragement. Surround me with Your angels to watch over every step I take and keep me safe from all dangers. Protect my loved ones as well, wherever they may go. Cover us with Your peace, and let no weapon formed against us prosper. In the shelter of Your presence, I find refuge, trusting that You will guide me safely through both challenges and opportunities.

Lord, I ask that You fill my heart today with Your presence. Strengthen me to overcome difficulties, to stand firm in the face of uncertainty, and to trust in Your divine plan in all situations. When fear or doubt begins to creep in, remind me of Your unfailing love and the power of Your promises. Help me to lean not on my own understanding but on Your infinite wisdom and strength.
