Friday, June 2, 2023 – The Apocalyptic Bride

What do you think of when you hear the word “apocalyptic?” Most people think of the end of the world, calamity and doom. There’s truth to that picture. But if you’re born again, it’s a whole different issue. In the Hebrew marriage, during the supper, the bride and groom would slip away to the marriage chamber where the bride would “unveil.” In Greek apokalupsis means: an unveiling, uncovering, revealing or revelation. So for us, the bride, the apocalypse is very different. It’s when the bride removes her veil and the two become one. The future for you in the Lord is to be looked forward to, not feared. Apocalyptic means; meeting Him, removing our veil, shining as the bride. There are two outcomes, the apocalypse of judgment and the apocalypse of an unveiling wedding celebration. As His Bride, look at the future with joy, preparing yourself to become beautiful. As it’s written, “We with unveiled face, beholding Him.” It’s apocalyptically good, so rejoice over what’s to come and live your life with hope and expectation for the apocalypse of the bride and the bridegroom.

And lastly remember, and this is the one to emphasize, this is the enemy doesn’t waste his ammunition.
He doesn’t waste his time or energy.
It means that if you’re being attacked, you’re in God’s will, but you’re getting attacked, it means he knows God has something and something great.
If the attack is great, greater is the purposes, the attack is great, greater is the victory.
The attack is great, greater is the blessing and the purpose that’s waiting on the other side of the attack.
You just gotta do it. You gotta fight through it. Hold on, hold on. Remember? He cannot stop you.
If you don’t stop, Daniel could have been real discouraged.
He prayed for over 20 days and fasted, but he didn’t stop. He didn’t stop.
And the angel could have been discouraged. He’s fighting for 20 days, didn’t stop. God called you.
There’s gonna be resistance, do not stop. There’s gonna be attacks, do not stop you.
You know, you, you do not give up some of you might have given up on what God called you.
Listen. If it’s God, you don’t give up, God don’t give up on you because God didn’t give up on you.
He doesn’t give up on his purposes. God wants you.
He has God, what God has for you is always great. You know what people have.
Maybe not, but God has. It’s always great.
Get, get so keep going, get the attitude that the apostles had here. They were persecuted stuff.
They said you better not, we’re gonna kill you. If you keep preaching, they arrested you.
They got the angel took him out. They said go right back to where they and keep preaching.
It’s kind of like the spirit of this.
It’s the spirit of oh yeah, like the enemy you were doing and you’re doing this against me and this.
Oh yeah. Well, I’m gonna do it even more now because you did that.
I’m gonna be even more, more strong in this.
You did that now I’m gonna do what I need what I’m gonna do before I’m oh yeah.
Just because of that, I’m going all out.
I’m going to serve God no matter what, I’m going to proclaim the gospel, no matter what, I’m going to rejoice, no matter what I’m gonna praise, no matter what I’m gonna overcome, no matter what I’m going to do that, you do that, you will never be stopped and God’s purposes will be fulfilled and you will put to flight, the prince of Persia.
