Thankful Monday Blessings

A prayer for the new month: Dear God, I couldn’t have made it this far without You. Thank You. As I step into the month of December, the last month of 2024, I come before You with a heart filled with gratitude. Thank You so much for the gift of life and for Your mercies that are new every morning. Your word in 1 Peter 5:10 says, “And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.” God, the truth is that You can do a lot by the end of this year. Thank You that everything that’s happening to me is working for my good. Thank You for giving me everything that I need to finish this year strong. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

As soon as I pray, You answer me; You encourage me by giving me strength. -Psalms‬ ‭138‬:‭3‬ ‭

In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Lord, from this moment, I place this new month of life into Your hands. I entrust every experience I will live to You. Thank You for continuing to grant me the gift of life so that You can mold it according to Your holy will.

Help me overcome sadness, remember that every problem has a solution, and trust that You always bless and sustain me. I trust in Your presence and Your Word. I surrender my entire being to You because I know there is no better place for me. My life is in Your hands, and You are the greatest gift I have ever received.

I am certain that with You, I can face every sad and challenging moment. I offer You all the joys I may experience today, for I know You are the author of every blessing. Lord, only You can grant the peace and calm I have tirelessly sought in the world without finding it.

I ask You to surround me with people who need to know You so that my testimony may draw them closer to You. I beg forgiveness for all my mistakes and failures—for every time I acted out of my limitations rather than in alignment with Your love and justice.

Lord, grant me tolerance to respect those who are different from me, even when I find it difficult to deal with them. Give me the strength to win the battles I may face today. Bless me with tranquility and serenity, so I can trust in You fully. Grant me wisdom and understanding to see life from a more positive and hopeful perspective.

Good Father, help me rest with the assurance that You are caring for me. May Your Holy Spirit fill me with peace right now, wrapping me in Your protective love. Thank You for holding my hand and keeping me from falling into the temptations of this world. Thank You for showing me Your love each day.
