Prayer of the Day:

Lord, I believe You have blessed me, and I want to honor You be being a blessing to others. Please help me give generously and cheerfully, as a reflection of Your love for me, amen.

Father God, Thank You so much for Your goodness and salvation. You are a good God and I am so thankful to have You in my life. You are my treasure! Lord I ask that you would bless this Saturday morning. Help me to keep my eyes on Your son Jesus. Let my heart become steadfast and firm in faith in You O’ Lord. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior…amen and amen!

Morning Prayer for Saturday May 25, 2024

In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Lord of my life, I adore You this morning for all the good You do for me. I praise You because You give meaning to my life, even through the toughest trials. With the light of Your sun illuminating my day, You show me that You are a God of love, clothed in glory and holiness.

I am aware that You answer all my prayers and listen to my pleas. I only need to wait on You, for those who look to You will never be disappointed because You are faithful to Your promises.

Increase my faith so that nothing can steal my joy of being with You one day for all eternity. I fully trust in Your word and know that the promises You made to us are being fulfilled.

Thank You for all the talents You have given me. Help me to use them well and to put them at Your service wherever You want me to be. My God, I want to see Your loving action in all who will share this day with me!

Lord, thank You for allowing me to open my eyes and find reasons to live this new day. You always give me reasons for happiness that give meaning to my life. You constantly provide situations that remind me it’s worth continuing the fight. I trust in You, believe that You are a powerful God, and that You can give me the strength I need to keep fighting in life. I rejoice in You, I glorify You. I realize that only in You is there salvation and words of eternal life.

Lord, may my praise never cease. Throughout my day, may I continue to bless You in all that I do and say. Breathe now Your Holy Spirit upon me and give me the strength and courage to not doubt what You can do in my life today.

I ask You to grant me a strong will, so I am not swayed by the fears I encounter daily. Blessed Lord, I do not want anyone to separate me from You. May no situation distract me from Your blessings. May nothing lead me astray from the path I have chosen, trusting that my life will be better by Your side.

Give me a pure heart, so only feelings of goodness and obedience to You come forth from it.

Beloved Father, I thank You for Your mercy. I acknowledge that You are great and Your power is infinite. Therefore, I lift my humble prayer at the start of this day. Take control of my life so that the blessings of heaven may be upon my path, guiding me at every moment and in every place. May I feel Your presence beside me throughout this day, helping me to remain calm and serene as I continue to fight.

May this new day allow me to discover the greatness of Your majesty in everything around me, and thus recognize You as my only God. Lord, thank You for the love You have for me, because You never fail me. I know that nothing can take away the wonderful love that only You can give me.

Lord, You are the solid rock on which I build my life. Therefore, I ask that You accompany me in my activities during this new day. Amen.

At the end of this day, I will perform an examination of conscience and humbly ask God for forgiveness for each of my offenses against Him.

I thank the Lord with all my heart, in the company of the upright in the assembly. Great are the works of the Lord, worthy of study by those who love them. Psalm 111.
