Lord God, remind me that I am important to You and that I am loved by You, even if I don’t feel loved. Help me to learn that I am as important to You as any other person, and that You love me as much as You love them. I thank You in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

O’ Lord, thank you for this beautiful Friday morning. Today is a new day and I ask for your hand to guide me. Give me the wisdom needed today to make decisions that are part of Your will for my life. Bless those I interact with at work and home. In Jesus name, amen.

Morning Prayer for Today, Friday

In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

My God, this morning I kneel before You to give You honor and glory, to thank You for so many blessings, and for all the love with which You embrace me daily. I want to bravely accept the mission You have prepared for me, so I can carry Your message of love to all corners where Your presence is needed.

I thank You for all the opportunities You will give me to learn new things, which will help me grow as a person and be a better disciple of Yours. How beautiful it is to start the day knowing that You are by my side. Thank You for blessing me with Your love, for not abandoning me, and for filling me with Your infinite grace. I recognize that You use everyday situations and the people around me to show that You are a God of love and mercy. My Father, I ask that today You fill me with gifts and graces to do Your will.

My God, may I discover in every event of this day how Your hand guides me along paths of freedom, justice, love, and peace. I ask that on this beautiful day, You increase my faith in You, so I do not falter in the face of adversity, so I trust and love You without limits. Stay by my side and fill me with kindness. Teach me to ask for forgiveness and to forgive my brothers as You do with each of us. I ask, Lord, that You fulfill the designs of Your divine word in my life and that my actions testify to Your loving presence in my life.

Allow words of blessing and comfort to come from my mouth today. Do not let me fall into criticism, nor let imprudent phrases come from my mouth that could offend those around me. Thank You, Lord, because although Your path is not easy to follow, it is safe because Your hand sustains me. I am not afraid to cross the desert if You are with me and guide me. I know You will provide from heaven when I am in need. I want to remain steadfast in Your love because through it, everything is possible, everything is achievable, everything is attainable. On this day that begins, I ask You to fill me with Your strength and power. Give me the gift of wisdom and understanding to make the right decisions. Fill me with the gifts that come from Your Holy Spirit to understand all the decisions You make for my life and to live in accordance with Your promise.

I ask that throughout this day, You stay by my side in moments of battle. For I know that if You are with me, no one can be against me. Do not let me stray onto the path of evil. Extend Your healing hand when I have fallen into the misfortune of sin. May the breeze, the sun, and all Your creations accompany me, and may I recognize in Your presence that I am nothing and You are everything.

I ask that You continue to guide me so I can find Your sustaining hand in every moment. My Lord, allow me to be a source of inspiration for all those around me, helping them to know and call upon You. Blessed Lord, I cry for Your mercy so that Your mighty hand may guide me, enabling me to fulfill Your holy will. Amen.

On this new day, I will dedicate my prayer to all my neighbors who are hungry, so that by the Father’s will, they may receive their sacred food. The Lord reigns, clothed in majesty. The Lord is clothed and girded with power; the world is firmly established; it cannot be moved. Your throne was established long ago; You are from all eternity.

Psalm 92

May the Lord bless us on this day, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
