Friday Night Prayers
I pray that this Friday night gives to your life a greater sense of His infinite love for you. That as you go to sleep you would find refuge in His love.
I pray that the Lord will give to your heart a greater sense of His peace, today and always! May He fill you with hope as you make each decision of your life.
Heavenly Father
We thank you for this day
and for the many blessings
that we are receiving from You.
Tonight, bless us as we rest
and restore us as we sleep.
We ask You, stay with us all
through the night.
We pray in Jesus’ name,
Amen.
As we lay down to sleep, we ask for your protection and guidance throughout the night. We pray that you would watch over us and keep us safe, that we may wake up refreshed and renewed in the morning. We trust in your promises to be with us always, and we know that you will never leave us nor forsake us.
As we think about tomorrow, we ask that you would bless us with your guidance and provision. We know that your plans for us are for good, and we trust in your wisdom and your goodness. We pray that you would open doors for us, and that you would lead us on a path of righteousness. We ask for your blessings to be upon our lives and the lives of our loved ones.
“Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the Lord drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. The waters were divided, and the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left.” – Exodus 14:21-22
Tonight, as you get prepared to lie down and you feel you have come to the deep end, when there is no way of escape and all roads seem close. When the big waves come crashing down roaring it’s best to eat you as a whole.
And in those moments of desperation, remember, God’s promises still runs on and will carry you through into great depths of love and protection. Truthfully, those painful events and grief filled circumstances come in ferocious waves.
There is no way we can control these storms in our lives. But, When we find our rest, peace and calm in Jesus that’s when we will learn how to walk in Faith even when the storms rage! He will put courage and strengthen us with His joy and grace.
Do not waver and fear over matters you cannot control. Give it to Jesus. He will fulfill His good plans for you. He will part the Red Sea for you to walk through. He will pave that way for your life. Trust Him. God bless.
PRAYER:
Dear Father God, Thank you for your blessed night. Fill me with your guidance even if the storms rage. Give me courage, strength and grace in you to walk by Faith and not by sight. Grand me your peace and rest. I pray all this in Jesus name, Amen.
