At some point, someone is going to judge us, talk badly about us, or simply not like us. This can be a difficult pill to swallow, especially in a world where we are constantly bombarded with messages telling us that we need to be liked and accepted by others in order to be happy and successful. However, the truth is that we don’t need the approval of others to be worthy or valuable.
