Beyond – Part 2 (Matthew 1:17-2:12)

How Can We Pray For You? Have you signed up yet?

Let’s dive into the Word of God together. I’d like everyone to stand, grab your Bibles, and follow along. Today’s reading is substantial, but we are Bible-centered here, especially as we celebrate Christmas. This season reminds us to reflect on a theme we started discussing last Wednesday: Beyond. When considering Christ and the essence of Christmas, we are compelled to think beyond everything we know or imagine.

Our reading begins in Matthew 1:17 and extends through Matthew 2:12. Follow along with me:

A Prayer for Christmas

Heavenly Father, we come before You during this sacred time of celebration. This week is more than a tradition—it is a reminder of absolute truth, genuine worship, and the reality of Jesus Christ. We pray that as homes are adorned and gifts exchanged, hearts will also turn to the true meaning of Christmas. Let Your Spirit move among us, deepening our understanding of Your Son. May we know Jesus more personally, and may His light shine through us. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

This Christmas, let us go beyond the decorations and festivities. Let us fix our eyes on the King of Kings, the Savior born to redeem us. Share this message, subscribe to our channel, and join us daily for inspiring reflections on God’s Word.
