Abraham: THE KEY TO EFFORTLESS MANIFESTATION – Esther & Jerry Hicks
Abraham-Hicks Publications Presents
Today, we invite you to reconnect with a few key concepts. First, we hope you can accept the existence of the Vortex of Creation. It would be even better if you could perceive it as we do: as your present state of creation. When someone says, “I don’t see any improvement in your life,” you can confidently stand in your Vortex and say, “That’s because it’s not visible to those outside the Vortex.” If they ask, “Have you seen a doctor lately?” you can respond, “There are no doctors in the Vortex of Creation.”
When you make being in the Vortex your top priority, tuning into the vibrational frequency of your true self, you regain vitality. It’s amazing how much effort goes into staying alive and out of despair when you’re not in the Vortex. Without the Vortex, living life can feel like a constant battle of words, actions, and energy to make things happen. For instance, a mother might struggle to understand her child’s needs despite her deep love for him. All she really needs is to step away from the situation and focus on something that connects her to the Vortex. From within the Vortex, everything becomes clear.
You cannot lead from behind. If you’re not in the Vortex, you have nothing to offer. Some people argue, “Abraham, it seems like you’re teaching selfishness,” and we say, “Yes, we are.” Let’s redefine selfishness: it’s vibrational alignment with your true self. To understand this, you need to know who self really is.
Your true self is Source energy: pure, positive, worthy, clear-minded, healthy, full of vitality, and eager for life. When you’re willing to be “selfish,” you’re choosing to align with that energy. This means releasing thoughts that disconnect you from it and practicing thoughts that bring you into alignment. In essence, you care enough about how you feel to prioritize your own well-being. That’s when others call it “selfish.” What they actually mean is, “You should please me instead of yourself.”
The reasoning behind this is flawed. Every time you prioritize others’ happiness over your own, you gain only short-term results. When you behave in a way that seeks to influence someone else’s response to you, you do them a disservice. You teach them that they can control life through actions, demands, or manipulation, but this is a misguided belief.
Think about it: have you ever had someone so accommodating that they would do anything for you? Chances are, this person was the only one willing to act that way, often your mother. But were you really prepared for the world?
When you show yourself that you have the power to align not just with who you were before birth, but with who you’ve become, you unlock an immense source of power. Aligning with the energy that creates worlds—the Vortex of Creation—gives you strength. One person in alignment with this energy is more powerful than millions who are not.
The most fascinating aspect of life on Earth is that you are already so skilled at “Step One.” Many of you have made careers out of this process: sifting through experiences to know what you don’t want, and what you do want. It’s an endless cycle of contrast, but Source energy is always there, ready to help guide you to alignment.
