Begin your morning with this short and peaceful prayer before you start your day. Each new day is a gift from God, a fresh opportunity to rest in His presence, receive His grace, and trust His guidance. Before giving your attention to responsibilities, worries, or plans, take a quiet moment to surrender your heart, your thoughts, your family, and your day into the loving hands of the Lord.

Dear Heavenly Father,

As this day begins, I come before You with a thankful heart. Thank You for the gift of life, for the rest You gave me through the night, and for the opportunity to begin again.

Before I give my attention to anything else, I want to give this moment to You. I invite You into my heart, my thoughts, my decisions, and everything I will do today.

Father, help me begin this day with confidence in Your love. No matter what yesterday looked like, thank You that today is a new opportunity to trust You more deeply.

Help me leave behind every fear, regret, and discouragement. Teach me to move forward with hope, knowing that Your grace is enough for every moment I will face.

Your Word says in Psalm 25:4-5, “Show me your ways, Lord, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.”

Lord, I ask You to lead me today. Show me the path You want me to walk. Give me wisdom when I need direction, patience when I need to wait, and discernment when I need to make decisions.

Help me trust that Your way is always better than my own. Even when I do not understand every step, remind me that You are faithful, loving, and always working for my good.

Jesus, help me become more like You today. Teach me to be gentle with others, generous with encouragement, and quick to forgive.

Let my words bring hope to someone who needs it, and let my actions reflect the kindness You have shown me. Help me love people well, even when it requires patience, humility, and sacrifice.

Father, I place my family, friends, and loved ones into Your loving care. Protect them wherever they go, strengthen them in whatever they are facing, and surround them with Your peace.

Provide for their needs, encourage their hearts, and remind them that they are never outside of Your loving care.

Lord, I place this day completely into Your hands. Lead me in every step, strengthen me in every challenge, and fill my heart with peace that remains steady no matter what comes my way.

I trust You with today, knowing that You are always good, always faithful, and always with me.

Help me walk through this day with a calm heart, a clear mind, and a spirit anchored in Your presence. Let everything I think, say, and do bring honor to Your name.

To You, Father, I give all praise, honor, and glory.
