Thankful Saturday Blessings

Dear God, thank You for another day. I’ll never stop being thankful because You will never stop being good. Thank You for waking me up and putting Your breath in my lungs. Thank You for every heartbeat, every step I’m able to take, and every moment You give me. Your word in Psalm 100:4 says, “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name.” I give You praise through every sleepless night. I give You praise through fear and anxiety. I give You praise through the pain and even when I feel like I can’t go on. Thank You for always giving me another chance. Thank You for blessing me more than I deserve. You are worthy of it all, and You deserve everything from me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

My Lord, as I begin this new day, I sincerely wish to offer you my joy, my desires, and my intentions to glorify you in this new dawn. Lord, you come to meet me and whisper in my ear how much you love me.

I cannot stop thanking you, adoring you, and rejoicing, because with you my happiness is assured. I recognize my weakness, Lord, and I approach you asking for your help, because without you I am capable of nothing. I surrender to your word that renews and gives life so that you may free me from ignorance and lead me with bonds of love into your presence.

Here I am, Lord, with a soul thirsting for you, giving you this new day and wishing to live under your loving gaze. You know my frailties and my fears. That is why I raise my voice to you. Send your Holy Spirit and fill me with his power to feel the strength that comes from heaven. In your presence I find my refuge, my tranquility, and the courage I need to continue the journey.

Though difficulties may overwhelm me, I announce with conviction that I trust in you, hope in you, and in your name I will fight until I achieve victory. Give me your patience so I won’t be overcome by discouragement in the face of hard moments, and your strength to remain firm without surrendering. I feel with certainty that at this moment you fix your eyes on me and listen attentively to what comes from my heart.

Extend your hand over me and touch me so that my heart may be filled with peace and be ready to live this day in the best way. I am convinced that you are cleansing my life and removing from me everything that is not pleasing to you. I recognize that nothing equals you, because your beauty awakens in me the desire to seek light and dispel all darkness.

Your infinite goodness encourages me to continue advancing along the paths that lead me to you. The example of your beloved son fills me with hope, reminding me that after the pains of this life, an eternity of glory and happiness awaits us. Renew in me, Lord, love and grant me a renewed, lucid, and enthusiastic mind to serve you.
