How Can We Pray For You? Have you signed up yet?

Prayer of the Day

Prayer Starter: Help me, Lord, to show my love for You by obeying You in every situation and trusting in Your love for me and Your protection over my life.

“Father, thank You that You never give me the desire to do something without the power and favor to do it. Thank You that I don’t have to make it all happen on my own or manipulate people to help me. I’m going to keep You first place and watch You work out Your plans for my life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Heavenly Father, I ask that you would be in absolute control of this Wednesday. That Your kingdom come and Your will would be done. I ask that You would remove any stumbling block the enemy would try to place on my path today. Give me eyes to see, ears to hear so that I may walk in Your wisdom and have the strength to stand strong in my faith. Thank You, Father for all You are doing! In Jesus’ name, amen!

Wednesday Morning Prayers

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and self-discipline. – 2 Timothy 1:7
Lord, this Wednesday morning I ask that I would not walk in fear. That I would not be subject to the fear of man, but I would walk in Your power, love, and self-discipline. Help me Lord not to partner with the lies of the enemy that would make be anxious or worry about situations.

I pray that Wednesday brings you an amazing sense of God’s love and mercy for you. May he bless and protect you today.

Heavenly Father,

As we gather together on this Wednesday, we come before you with hearts full of gratitude and hope. We thank you for the gift of this new day and for the opportunities it holds.

Grant us the wisdom to discern your will in all that we do today. Guide our steps and direct our paths, that we may walk in the ways of righteousness and truth.

Bless our endeavors, both big and small, that they may be fruitful and glorify your name. May we be instruments of your love and grace in the lives of those around us.

Give us strength and courage to face any challenges that may come our way, knowing that you are always with us, guiding and protecting us.

Help us to be mindful of your presence throughout this day, and may our words and actions reflect the light of your love to all whom we encounter.

In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

I pray for a Wednesday morning that is full of Christ’s grace for you today! That you would feel His presence throughout every moment and find strength in Him. That His blessings would abound in your life today.

Today’s Word

When Nehemiah heard that the walls and gates of Jerusalem had been torn down, there was nothing he could do about it. He was a cupbearer to the king of Persia, living in exile a thousand miles away. But suddenly God dropped a desire in Nehemiah to rebuild those walls. It didn’t make sense to his mind. He didn’t have the staff, the resources, or the experience. But with the desire came a new boldness, a confidence, the faith to believe for what seemed impossible. He went to the king, and amazingly the king not only sent Nehemiah but supplied him the materials and funds to do it.

Notice that God not only puts desires in you, but He puts the favor on you so you can see that desire come to pass. When it’s a destiny desire, there’s a force breathing in your direction, pushing you forward, opening doors, causing people to be good to you. You’re not stressed over how it’s going to happen; you know it’s going to happen. Get ready for where God is about to take you.
