Weekly Devotional March 6 2023 Scripture. So God created man in his own image.
In the image of God created He him, male and female created he them Genesis chapter one verse 27 devotional.
You are an original. Look at your hands, examine the lines, creases and distinctive print throughout all of history.
No one has ever had the same fingerprints. This is what it means to be original.
You have one thing in common with every other person.
When you wake up in the morning, go to the bathroom and look in the mirror.
You see your own face staring back at you. It’s the same face that you have always had.
Whether you are young or more mature, that same person has been with you your entire life. It’s you.
Unfortunately many people look in the mirror and don’t like what they see and many others start the day filled with remorse because they don’t like who they are.
This happens because people have not discovered the value they hold inside.
Each one of us is a treasure waiting to be exposed.
You hold something special and many people are searching for it. It’s your ability, talent, skill, and innate genius.
The package that the treasure is placed in is your unique personality.
Say this prayer after me, dear father, thank you for creating me in your image with unique gifts and abilities.
Help me to discover those good things that you’ve placed inside of me to fulfill my God ordained destiny.
I decree that I am blessed and I am a blessing to others in jesus’ name.
Amen. This devotional is excerpted from David S Winston’s book Authentic to order this just released book visit, Bill Winston dot org.
