Thankful Thursday Blessings
Dear God, I’m so grateful that You have given me another day. I will sing of the goodness of God. When I’m afraid, I will put my trust in You. I will lean on You no matter what comes my way because You are the source of my strength. Thank You for being my safe place. You guide me and fight for me. You are sovereign, and You are bigger than any problem or situation that I’ll ever face. Thank You for being all that I need. Today I intentionally choose to trust in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
I praise God for what He has promised. I trust in God, so why should I be afraid? What can mere mortals do to me? -Psalms 56:4
Heavenly Father, thank you for this Thursday. Help me to slow down today and to be still in Your wonderful presence. Teach me to rest in You and trust that You will guide me throughout the day. In Jesus’ name amen.
In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.
My Lord, here I am with an open heart and a willing spirit to stand in Your presence and offer You my life, for it is all I have to give. I thank You, for in Your infinite greatness, You have graciously looked upon a creature as small as I am. Thank You for not withholding Your warm love from me, despite all my imperfections and weaknesses, for it is Your love that sustains and keeps me alive.
Grant me the strength of Your Holy Spirit so that I may not fall again to the seduction of temptations and remain faithful only to You, my God and Savior. My Lord, here I am before You, as I am every day, to thank You for all that You give me daily. I am at Your feet, my Lord, to express my gratitude for all the blessings You have bestowed upon this morning. I am blessed because Your signs of mercy surround me, making me feel deeply loved.
Lord, I ask that You keep me in good health so that I may continue working towards my happiness. Give me the freedom of spirit so that I may swiftly turn to You and find solace in Your presence. Let my prayers reach You this new day, and may I hear Your voice guiding me on paths of joy. Thank You for loving me as I am and helping me improve. I have no doubt that You will show me how I can grow. Heal my heart, purify my life, and infuse in me the gifts of Your Holy Spirit so that I may act with kindness and fulfill Your most holy will. Cleanse me, fill me with Your power, and make all of me Yours—pure, whole, and ready to serve You with all the strength of my being.
Lord, today I go forth to conquer this day with Your help, with the strength You give me, which encourages me to keep going. My God, I want to proclaim Your wonders and praise You in every situation I face. I am sure I will enjoy everything because all that comes from You is a fruit of Your love and mercy. Allow me to feel Your presence, guidance, and love surrounding me with every step I take. May my actions show the love I profess for You. I want to live to serve You, to have words of encouragement for those who need them. Today, I give myself completely to You, trusting in Your will and Your perfect plan for my life.
Lord, I wake up to this new day, giving thanks because You give me the opportunity to grow and reach Your happiness. Amen.
I will dedicate time to serving my community or church, offering this service as a living prayer, reaffirming my union with God.
“Father, You have loved justice and hated wickedness; therefore, God, Your God has anointed You with the oil of joy above Your companions.” – Psalm 44
May the Lord bless us this day, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.
Amen 🙏🙏
Good afternoon,
I have to say I love reading the daily prayers Thank you for this.
But I must point out one thing, the bible verse that is on after this prayer is not on Psalm 44, It is on Psalms 45,usually after reading the prayers I look up the Bible verses and highlight them in my Bible. And so I went to Psalm 44 in my Bible as listed up above, and read the complete Psalm 44 and notice that nowhere in Psalms 44 this verse is listed. So I continue to read on to Psalm 45 and there and behold it was, on Psalm 45:7. It probably could have been a typo, but if I got discourage not being able to find it or even thinking I was not understanding, imagine how many others have brushed it off like I did. Holy Spirit, Thank You for revealing Your Word.
