How To Conquer Fear, Worry, And Anxiety | Jonathan Cahn Sermon
We go through so much worry every day. Jonathan Cahn reveals how we can fight fear, worry, & anxiety by applying teachings of Messiah.
Why do we worry so much—especially when Jesus told us not to?
In this powerful message, Jonathan Cahn reveals how true peace comes from returning to the wisdom of childlike faith. While the world teaches us to stress, plan, and control, the Bible teaches us to let go and trust God—as a child trusts their parent.
You’re a Child of God—So Why Are You Worried?
When Jesus said, “Do not worry,” He wasn’t suggesting it—He was commanding it. He reminds us that we are children of a heavenly Father who already knows our needs. Yet, we often carry the burden ourselves, forgetting that we were never meant to.
Jonathan Cahn shares the story of a young child confidently proclaiming that Jesus is God without hesitation. Children don’t overthink—they simply trust. That’s the same kind of trust God desires from us.
“My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. – Isaiah 55
Let Go and Let God
Trying to understand everything in life can lead to frustration and fear. But God is not asking you to understand—He’s asking you to trust Him. Like a child running into their parent’s arms after getting hurt, we’re called to run to our Father’s presence, not away from it.
Jonathan tells the story of his son, who instinctively seeks comfort in his parents’ arms. That same instinct—to be held by love—is what God wants from us.
There is no safer place than in the arms of your Heavenly Father.
Trust Like a Child
When children jump into their father’s arms, they don’t question whether they’ll be caught—they simply jump. That’s the level of trust we’re called to have in God. He has never let go of you, and He never will.
Even if you don’t understand what He’s doing, He’s working it for your good.
Stop Obsessing Over Image and Approval
How much time do we spend worrying about how others see us? Our appearance? Our reputation?
Children don’t spend hours in front of a mirror. They don’t fear rejection or judgment. They simply are who they are—and there’s wisdom in that.

I am in so much trouble financially. I retired too early from my job and don’t make what my monthly income used to be. I’m willing to work but due to health issues not sure I can hold a job. I have prayed to God for help and haven’t received any help yet. I know our time is not his time and he is working everything out. But I’m afraid I’m about to lose my house. To top it off I got involved in a scam. Please pray for me
