Thankful Monday Blessings
Dear God, thank You so much for the blessing of another day and the chance to step into a new week. It’s a miracle that I’m still here. I don’t take the gift of life for granted—the breath in my lungs, the ability to keep going, and the strength You’ve given me in the middle of it all. As I step into this week, I place everything into Your hands. Your word in Psalm 61:2 says, “From the end of the earth I call to You when my heart is faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.” I hold on to this promise today. I’m not going to let fear or anxiety guide my thoughts—I’ll let You lead the way. Help me remember that Your greatest work often happens in the most impossible situations. Light my path with Your word, anchor my heart in Your peace, and keep me close to You through every part of this week. Thank You for hearing my prayer. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
If God is for us, who can be against us? -Romans 8:31
In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Heavenly Father, I begin this new day by blessing Your holy name. Your loving presence revives my weary soul and fills me with hope. Thank You, Lord, for the gift of life, for Your unwavering love, and for the blessings You’ve prepared for me today.
With a sincere heart, I come before You once again, ready to surrender my entire being. Thank You for every small sign of Your love along my path. As I lift my eyes to You, I’m filled with awe at Your majesty and goodness. Thank You for the precious gift of another day.
Lord, I offer myself to You—strengthen me through today’s trials. You are the breath that sustains me when I feel lost, my refuge in times of trouble. When pain and despair surround me, You alone can save me, because You never leave my side. As this day begins, I place in Your care all those who are suffering from illness.
Grant them strength in their pain, comfort in their weakness, and—if it is Your will—healing for their bodies. But above all, Lord, bless them with a living hope that brings peace to their hearts, a peace that only Your grace can give. With all that I am, I surrender this day to You, longing for You to be first in my life.
Lead my steps, Lord. Guide my emotions, my thoughts, and every decision I make. Let my actions reflect Your compassion and keep my heart connected to You. I acknowledge how much I depend on Your strength and the love You pour into every corner of my life.
Loving Father, I ask that Your healing hand touch my soul and cleanse me as this new day begins. I want to walk in Your light, free from all sin. You know my weaknesses and my failings, so I ask for the strength to stand firm in the face of temptation. You, Lord, are the center of my life—nothing and no one can ever take Your place.
Fill me with the fullness of Your presence. Open my heart to the beauty of this new day, and let my voice rise in praise to You. May I be an instrument of Your blessing in this world, trusting in You with all my heart. Guide my steps, Lord, and validate my path with Your love, that I may find my true salvation in You.
Keep me from clinging to what is fleeting. Guard me from the traps of this material world. Help me live with my eyes fixed on You, believing that You alone are my true fulfillment. With this truth in my heart, I understand that each day is a chance to grow and draw closer to You.
I love You with all my heart and give You my whole self, knowing that Your love surpasses all understanding. My God, I place my entire life in Your hands and thank You for every blessing You’ll send today. Amen.
Today, I also pray for all sick mothers. May they receive strength and blessings in their daily labor. Lord, send forth Your light and truth—let them guide us to Your holy mountain and into Your dwelling place.

Please pray for my father he’s 91 today… brought up in Germany was part of the Hitler youth… his family had some Jewish roots but hid it a few became believers in Christ. My dad is VERY stubborn/ blind to Jesus being Lord and believes he needs to pay for his sins and thinks he has lived a life good enough to go to heaven where mom definitely is. He was a difficult but loving father 8 years of discussions watching sermons going to a true doctrinal vs by verse teaching of the Bible has turned his heart yet please pray for God to soften his heart to our Lord Jesus.
