4 Essential Keys For Personal Success & Prosperity Part 1 – Dr. Myles Munroe | MunroeGlobal.com
Thank you for joining us for another powerful message from Dr. Miles Monroe, presented by Monroe Global Incorporated and monroeglobal.com. We are dedicated to transforming followers into leaders and leaders into agents of change. We hope this message serves as a blessing to you as you advance in life and discover your true purpose. Now, let’s dive into the message on personal success and prosperity.
In these two sessions, I’ll share four key principles I apply daily to achieve personal success and experience Kingdom prosperity. The focus will be on succeeding during times of crisis. How do you achieve success when everyone else seems to be struggling? How do you navigate a system that has rejected you? What do you do when you lose your job, income, or stability? What actions should you take when you face the loss of your home, car, or even your sanity? How do you manage when there’s not enough to meet your daily obligations?
Life often hits you unexpectedly, and sometimes even friends can’t offer support. When businesses fail, or you’re laid off after decades of work, what can you do? What happens when age prevents you from learning a new skill, or when insurance companies decide not to cover you because of your age? What if illness takes a toll on your body and your family’s financial legacy? When you have to switch your children from private to public school, or your marriage faces strain due to financial stress, how do you cope?
Let’s talk about crisis. A hurricane is an example of a crisis – it’s a natural disaster, much like a tornado, that causes chaos and disruption. Crisis occurs when you face circumstances beyond your control, circumstances you did not cause. If you lose your job due to layoffs or if your business fails because clients are no longer coming, you cannot control these outcomes. Crisis can come in many forms: environmental, systemic, or even personal.
In these difficult times, I bring you good news. There are actions you can take, rooted in Kingdom principles, that will guide you toward success and prosperity, even amid a crisis. Consider these key points:
Crisis is an incubator for creativity: Often, we only tap into our creativity when faced with adversity. When things fall apart, we are forced to think outside the box.
Crisis demands a new way of solving old problems: For example, if your income source to pay your mortgage is gone, the old problem remains – you still need to pay your mortgage. Crisis forces you to find new ways to solve old problems.
Crisis is an opportunity to advance beyond old ideas: Sometimes, growth doesn’t happen until we’re pushed out of our comfort zone. Crisis often moves us forward when we’ve been stuck in a rut for too long.
Crisis leads to growth and development: It forces you to develop new approaches to life and create new opportunities. The challenges faced in a crisis can be the catalyst for personal growth and progress.
The world is facing a crisis today, with many countries’ economies in turmoil. Even here in the Bahamas, people are struggling. But I want you to understand that crisis doesn’t have to define you. Embrace these Kingdom principles, and you can achieve the success and prosperity you need, even in the midst of hardship.
