Creflo A. Dollar Daily Devotional May 31, 2026
Some mornings you wake up with yesterday’s weight still sitting on your chest. The bills are real, the doctor’s report is real, the tension in your home is real. Yet right in the middle of all of that, God quietly whispers, “I’m still here, and I’m still faithful.” Today’s devotional is a gentle reminder that you are not walking through this day alone. The same God who carried you through every previous battle is standing beside you right now, ready to lead, comfort, and provide. As you read and pray, let your heart lean into Him. He has not changed His mind about you, and His plans for your life are still good.
Anchored in a Faithful Promise
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8, KJV).
This verse is more than a beautiful line of Scripture; it is a lifeline. In a world that shifts beneath our feet, Jesus never changes. His love doesn’t fade when you feel weak. His power doesn’t diminish when circumstances look impossible. The same Jesus who healed, restored, and delivered in the Gospels is the same Jesus working in your life today. When fear, uncertainty, or regret try to speak louder than God’s truth, come back to this anchor: Jesus is constant, reliable, steadfast, and unshakable. Your confidence is not in what you can hold together, but in the One who holds you.
Walking Out Trust in the Middle of Real Life
Trusting God is not pretending problems don’t exist; it is deciding that God’s Word has the final say over them. Today, choose to respond instead of react. When anxiety rises, pause and whisper, “Lord, I trust You with this.” When you’re tempted to worry about money, your job, or your children, consciously turn those concerns into a conversation with God. Open your Bible, even if only for a few minutes, and let a single verse become your focus throughout the day. Speak it out loud in your car, in the shower, or on your lunch break. Little steps of faith create big shifts in your heart. Over time, you will notice that peace starts to show up where panic used to live.
Drawing Near in Faith and Spiritual Growth
Heavenly Father, today I bring my faith before You. Strengthen me where I feel weak. Help me believe Your Word above my feelings and circumstances. Teach me to recognize Your voice and follow Your leading. Grow my desire to spend time in Your presence and in Scripture. Remove every lie that says I am not enough or that I’ve gone too far. Remind me that in Christ, I am forgiven, accepted, and deeply loved. Lord, stretch my faith, refine my character, and make me more like Jesus in my thoughts, words, and decisions. I surrender this day to You and ask for a fresh hunger for spiritual growth and intimacy with You.
Covering Our Homes with God’s Peace
Father, I lift my family and loved ones to You right now. Step into every room of my home and fill it with Your peace. Heal wounds from harsh words, misunderstandings, or past hurts. Restore unity where there is division and tenderness where hearts have grown cold. Protect my children, grandchildren, spouse, and every relative connected to me. Surround them with godly influences and wise friendships. Give us grace to forgive quickly and love deeply. Let our conversations be seasoned with kindness and patience. May our home reflect Your presence—a place of refuge, laughter, safety, and unconditional love. In Jesus’ name, I declare that my household will serve the Lord.
Health, Strength, and Emotional Renewal
Lord, I place my body, mind, and emotions in Your hands. You are my healer and my strength. For every area of pain, sickness, or weakness, I ask for Your healing power to flow. Guide doctors, treatments, and every decision I must make concerning my health. Calm my racing thoughts and soothe the anxiety, stress, or sadness that tries to overtake me. Replace weariness with supernatural energy and confusion with clarity. Help me to care for this body You’ve given me with wisdom—through rest, nourishment, and wise choices. Let Your joy be my strength today, and may Your peace guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
