Your Word says in Proverbs 16:3:

Order my path and remove every obstacle that does not belong on the journey You have prepared for me.

Protect me from harm, unseen danger, discouragement, and anything that would pull me away from Your will.

Lord, I receive this promise with a grateful heart.

Thank You that Your mercy is new this morning.

Let Your grace wash over my mind, my spirit, and my soul.

Cleanse me from every worry, regret, disappointment, and heaviness that tries to hold me back.

Help me release what I cannot change and embrace the new beginning You have placed before me.

Renew my strength.

Restore my faith.

Refresh my hope.

And awaken in me a deeper desire to know Your goodness, follow Your wisdom, and walk according to Your purpose.

A Morning Prayer for Family and Friends

Father, I also pray for my family and friends today.

Place Your hand of protection over their lives.

Watch over their coming and going, and provide for every need they have.

Strengthen those who are weary.

Bring healing to those who are hurting.

Comfort those who feel lonely.

Guide those who are confused.

And restore joy to those who have become discouraged.

Draw them closer to You and let Your peace rest upon their homes, their work, their relationships, and their future.

Surround the people I love with Your grace and remind them that they are never forgotten and never outside of Your care.

May our relationships be strengthened by patience, forgiveness, kindness, and understanding.

Choosing Faith Instead of Fear

Father, today I make a choice.

I choose to walk in faith.

I choose to walk in gratitude.
