Washington, D.C., was freezing—almost Arctic. Where was global warming when we needed it? Yet, despite the bitter cold, the city was filled with believers. Something significant was taking place. Even the atmosphere felt different.

Compare this to Trump’s first inauguration. I was there, and the streets were overwhelmed by masses of protesters, including the infamous Women’s March, where Madonna even threatened to blow up the White House. This time, however, the opposition was minimal—just a handful of demonstrators near my hotel. It was a stark contrast, almost a sign of the shift happening in America.

Tech Giants at Church—A Miracle in Itself

The day began with a church service. Among those in attendance were Jeff Bezos (Amazon), Tim Cook (Apple), Sundar Pichai (Google), and Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook/Meta). Think about that. These billionaire tech oligarchs, all sitting together in church—because of Donald Trump.

The media, of course, had their own interpretations. They were quick to point out these billionaires aligning with Trump, even though they had no problem when the same elites stood with Biden. Ironically, in his last speech, Joe Biden warned about wealthy oligarchs influencing democracy.
