Prayer For Today

“Father, thank You that You are always greater than any difficulty or adversity I will ever face. Thank You that You have given me everything I need to live out Your purpose for my life. I declare that I am not a grasshopper, but I am well able to go in and take the land. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Heavenly Father, I come before You this Monday and I ask that this would be a blessed day. That Your presence would go before me and with me in everything I do. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Lord, I ask that You would protect me this Morning. I ask for the full armor of God to be placed on me. That every attack of the enemy would fail and that I would remain steadfast in the faith. Lord give me the wisdom to navigate everything that comes my way this Monday. And help me to be kind and good like you are. I ask for divine appointments and your guidance in all my tasks. In the name of Jesus, amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

As we begin this new week on Monday, July 22, 2024, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude and hope. Thank You for the gift of a new day and the opportunities it brings. We are grateful for Your constant presence and unwavering love in our lives.

Lord, I lift up my friend and their family to You today. I pray for Your blessings, guidance, and protection over them. Surround them with Your peace and keep them safe from all harm. Grant them wisdom and strength as they face the tasks and challenges of this day.

Bless this family with unity and joy. Help them to communicate with kindness and patience, supporting one another through life’s ups and downs. Strengthen their bonds and deepen their faith, drawing them closer to You and to one another.

I need your help, your strength, and your love in my life. I praise and bless you because you give me once again the possibility to learn to live according to your love. Lord, do not let me disappoint you with my behavior, do not allow my actions and thoughts to be contrary to your will.

I pray for all the young people to enjoy the joy of their lives away from vices and negative environments. Give them clarity so that they can discover you and thus discern their mission in this life. I also pray for all those trapped in the influence of vices. Allow them to move forward and turn their lives around so they can find the true meaning which is you.

Thank you, because I can start my day with blessings, because you give me so many gifts and show me how great you are. I beg you to saturate me with all your love, to make me feel that nothing is more important than your love. Restore my strength and grant me the tranquility my heart needs, so that under your protection, I can start this day with total confidence.

Today, I want to feel that it is you who drives me to act, to be ready, cheerful, firm, and calm in the face of whatever may come. I want to live this day with the certainty that you are by my side and protect me. I know you are with me to show me that the future is your time and that I must have hope in it.

Thank you for the strength you give me to battle daily and the possibility of overcoming adversities. I am ready to live according to your will. No matter how dark the circumstances, my faith and trust will be in you. Your spirit will guide me to make good decisions, fill me so that I am not overcome by obstacles or fear.

Today, I ask you to hold me in you, to fill me with you, to flood me with you. Do not leave me alone, because the task is very great and beyond my strength. Give me your strength, which is shown in the small and simple. Give me your spirit that leads me to discover your mercy.

Thank you because I know you will take me by the hand so that I do not falter in any circumstance. Thank you for all that you give me daily, because I realize that with your company I lack nothing, with your presence everything is much easier for me. I will sing and praise the holy name of Jesus Christ, because his sacrifice and passion have given me the blessing of eternal life. Amen.

Today I will abstain from a personal indulgence, offering my sacrifice for the conversion of sinners. For my brothers and companions, I will say “peace be with you.” For the house of the Lord, our God, I wish you all the best. Psalm 121. May the Lord bless us this day.
